Second stay in this condo and will be back. It’s clean, comfortable, close to shops, great beach access and a wonderful pool, and the hosts are very accessible and quick to answer questions.

Top notch accommodations!!!! The view is breathtaking and balcony was perfect for dolphin watching in the mornings!!! The bed was very comfortable and the amenties are fabulous!!! The condo was pristine and so comfortable that we had a hard time leaving. The private beach acess and short walk to the beach were most welcomed as well as the helpfulness of the staff! We will definitely recommend this particular condo and facility to everyone!!! Thanks for a perfect vacation.

Amazing view!

Don't let anyone tell you that the 4th floor is the same as the 15th because it IS NOT!! This unit is perfect for a small group. The bedroom is as dark as a dungeon which is just like I like it! Quiet and well furnished. Super clean and right off of the elevator!

Amazing views in a beautiful condo

My husband and I came to celebrate my 50th birthday. The condo was exactly as described, we had zero issues or complaints. We had such a relaxing vacation and would book again if we are back in the area!

Orange beach getaway

The bed could do with changes. Very squeaky and headboard not attached!Black sheets on bed? Also commode Seat not attached on one side.

Condo on the beach

Great location with beautiful views. The property management company had excellent communication. I was disappointed in the quality of the furniture in a condo of this type. It was definitely below average and was very uncomfortable. Aside from that we enjoyed our stay.

Great location but not clean or secure

The unit itself was as described but the cleaning was terrible and property management was in our unit while we were out without notifying us or our permission and it was not an emergency.Cleaning - There was a smear of blood on the shower surround and a drop on the floor. I called about it and they sent someone in to clean it but it didn’t look any different after. I grabbed a dark colored cloth and wiped the floor myself and wanted to gag at all the gunk on the rang. There were also potato chips in the kitchen by the cabinet toe kick and visible just under the fridge.Not Secure - we noticed the TV setup (box, remotes, etc.) changed from one day to the next. When we asked what the h*ll was going on, they relayed the cable company had informed them the day before they would be changing out the equipment and they didn’t have time to notify. So someone was in our unit at some point, without our knowledge or permission, while we were out.We’ve never VRBO’d a property managed by a company and not a private owner and never will again. This was, by far, our worst VRBO experience ever.

Solid value; great hosts; beautiful area

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Orange Beach and vicinity. This is a fairly close drive to Pensacola, a reasonable drive to Destin, and the immediate area offers numerous fantastic restaurants, white sand beaches, great running routes and a very welcoming Catholic Church (St. Thomas by the Sea).The unit itself is ready for some R & R and a deeper cleaning. The hosts were terrific at communication and process. I'd definiltey stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.
