Was very clean and came with all the needed amenities, including fans and coffee. The neighborhood was a little rundown but very much inline with city living. The space was adequate and the beds were comfortable.

Clean and comfortable older home. AC is great and beds were comfortable Foam Neighborhood is a bit rough in age but Normal in this area built out in the 30-50s Fantastic restaurant N only a few streets up towards Clearwater. Nice little place for the cost! Thanks again.

The place had everything you would need kitchen towels, dish soap and all the silverware and utensils needed. All rooms were clean and there were blankets for cold nights. However I observed the surveillance camera scotch taped over the molding of entrance door in living room. I taped over the lens on second day so it wasn't a problem. This should've been mentioned.

nice place - noisy neighbors

Place was clean and close to where we had to go. Neighborhood was older but nothing horrible. Had neighbors on one side that liked to sit outside at night till the wee hours of the morning talking. The noise from the neighbors wasnt every night. But a few nights it was late worst night was 3 am. Had to turn on some white noise to dround out. But over all everything worked and had a pleasant stay. Would stay again.

Overall good place

It is a good place in general and we did not have any complaints on anythings inside it. The communication with the host was great. The only thing that really bothered us was joyfull neighbors who could shout, sing and laugh till early morning near our window.

Great location! Great Host!

For less than a 100 a night you get a small house all to yourself with the host living right next door if anything should arise. Nothing was needed from our host but she was quick to respond to every message I had before our stay! The house is in a typical Florida neighborhood.

Underwhelming

Sketchy neighborhood on poorly lit dead end street. Every night a group of men sat outside duplex units that backed up to our duplex’s bedroom window. They were loud; smoking, drinking and cursing until 10:30 or 11 pm. I had to turn on a sound machine to drown them out.No dishwasher or garbage disposal. Very dirty AC filter and no coffee filters as specified in house manual. The owner was very responsive to us and changed filter right away. Both mattresses were comfortable.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that your stay didn't meet your expectations. The listing clearly mentions that the house is in a working-class neighborhood, and factors like street lighting and neighbor activity are beyond my control. The amenities, including the absence of a dishwasher, are also specified, though a garbage disposal is provided. While I regret the oversight with the AC filter and coffee filters, I appreciate your recognition of how quickly I addressed these issues. I always aim to be responsive. Regarding the noise from the neighborhood, I understand how this could have been disruptive. However, please note that this, along with neighborhood lighting, is outside of my control. Given these explanations, I find the grading of the listing unfair or inaccurate.

I am a middle age lady who travels a lot and therefore I am familiar with the needs of travelers.
I am mexican but have lived a long time in the USA.
I speak English, Spanish and italian.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I bought this property because it is a duplex house. I wanted to live in one unit and rent the other one. Later on I discovered the short term rentals and I decided to rent in this plarform. I am enjoying it very much!

この宿泊施設の特徴

When I came to check the property, I was taken aback by the trailer park at the beginning of the street. But then I saw many kids playing outside and It was really nice to watch and hear their laughing. Threre are many families living around. The neighborhood is actually quiet because is it close to a dead end street with the Pinellas Trail at the end of the street.
