You can really appreciate the nature in the back yard with ducks, turtles, and other lake attraction. Shopping, movie theater, within five minutes. Full kitchen and all the utensils and cook ware needed for special meals. The breeze from the lake you can enjoy early morning coffee on the patio and grilling your favorite. Home floor plan has dining, living room and kitchen open for full family enjoyment. Large king size master bedroom with plenty closet room and dresser storage. Bedroom room 2 full size bed and storage. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans as well the living room.

Everything about the Cozy Canal cottage was perfect! Dennis was prompt to answer any questions or concerns we had. His instructions were great & the place was located in an ideal location for us to easily get around anywhere we needed to go. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place

A great little place to stay! Everything was clean, cozy, and just as described. The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway, neighborhood was super quiet. We loved using the grill, and the back patio was perfect to relax on after a day at the beach.

Perfect rental!

This is our second time booking this place and we were just as happy as the first. Everything was smooth and easy to deal with. Check in was stress free. Overall an awesome experience. And even with the canal levels low we still managed to pull some pretty big fish in. This will be my go to rental for 2-4 people.

You have a very nice clean property. It has been remodeled and we enjoyed seeing several little gators in the back canal and bass. However, you might want to consider getting a decent mattress in that back bedroom.The king size bed is fine but the full or double is not. we would stay again in a heartbeat.. is convenient to everything that we needed.

Clean & Cozy

I stayed here for several weeks while working in the area and found this house to be very cozy. It has a nice backyard where you can eat diner on the patio and sit along the canal and enjoy a cold snack and the wildlife. The host couple were very friendly and communication was easy. This was a very pleasant stay.

Vacation July 2024t

The cottage was everything we were looking for!! Dennis and MJ were terrific hosts. We loved sitting by the canal under the big tree watching the wildlife. The location was perfect for all our adventures and family in Largo. Would highly recommend this place and the hosts thought of every detail inside.

Perfect for us

Exactly as described - except the canal is almost empty due to last fall's hurricanes - perhaps pic should be updated or removed. Host was accessible but really never needed. Fitted our expectations and needs prefectly.

Great location to the beaches and shopping within minutes can be enjoyed by the guest. The property is located at the toward the end of the street, limit traffic, away from other major traffic noise. Friendly neighborhood, water frontage, nature views and nature experiences while not going to the beaches or shopping.

The size of the home is larger than the hotels with cozy family friendly accommodations. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are open to each other for family communications and activities. The back yard is unique with the dock and nature benefits. Large king-size bed and plenty of closet space in master bedroom with dresser storage. Low traffic and a residential neighborhood. Limited You can go fishing!!!
