All worked out perfectly. The host was there upon our arrival to greet us and share details about the unit and property. The condo was perfect for our group, clean and well provisioned. The large deck was the highlight where we spent most of our time.Saw whales and flying rays out front, clean and welcoming pool. Bus transportation was convenient right out front of the complex. All in all, NO complaints!

The condo was clean and spacious and full of character! The host was friendly and professional. We felt extra safe with the security guards at the front gate and lobby. Neighbours were friendly, and pools were great for swimming and for little ones to splash around in. Beaches were accessible and gorgeous. We had a great time and would definitely go back! It would've been nice to be an easier walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores (only one of each on a walk along a very busy street with no sidewalk)...but you can't have everything!

Wonderful ocean front stay

Spent three weeks in this wonderful Mexican style condo and complex. The condo was incredibly well furnished and stocked with everything you needed for an outstanding stay (food and drink excluded). A water filtration system was a huge plus. Wonderful views onto the ocean and Puerto Vallarta.

Quiet with wonderful views!

My husband and I stayed here with another couple. The property is well maintained. The condo was spacious and very well appointed, right down to little travel toiletries in case we forgot something! The balcony is AMAZING and where we spent most of our time when we were at the condo. The pool is refreshing and very well maintained. We had no issues at all with this condo. This was my 11th trip to PV - I normally stay in the areas of the Romantic Zone and Amapas. This was my first time staying on the south shore. I chose this location hoping for a more relaxing vacation with some peace and quiet and that's exactly what we got. There is a public beach just south of this property that the locals enjoy. They used the walkway between this property and the one next door to access the beach and sometimes could be very loud with music and talking and singing at any given hour, but overall it was not an issue. There really isn't anything within walking distance of this property. You can walk just a bit south to Condominios Playas Gemalas, they have a very good restaurant and a small convenience type of store. To get there, you'll have to walk along Hwy 200 which does not have any real sidewalk, so you'll just have to be alert and very cautious. Taxis are readily available if you walk up to the highway, or ask the front desk concierge, if he is available, and he will call one for you. It was about $11 usd and 20 minutes or so from this condo to old town around Parque Lazaro Cardenas and Basilio Badillo. Coming from the airport it was about a 45 minute drive, going back to the airport was about an hour. To Marina Vallarta was about 40 minutes. So, my only real issue with the condo is the lack of walkability in the area. I missed being able to walk to the Malecon, restaurants, and markets. Overall, I give this condo 5 stars and I would stay here again!

Short family spring break vacation

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was clean, with a beautiful view and a nice little semi-private beach to enjoy. The other residents were lovely and the staff exceptional!!!

Amazing Vacation

This condo is amazing. Large balcony overlooking the pool overlooking the beach. Large sliding windows that opened that open the condo right up. Lots of furniture outside for sitting. Including large table and six chairs. Condo was well stocked with supplies including towels and beach towels. Alejandra was very friendly and efficient with the check in and check out. Always responsive on Whatsapp . This is a great condo to stay at while in PV. Local bus to go into town , Or taxi and uber also available. We would love to go back again.

Great family vacation

The condo is good sized with a great view of the bay. We saw humpback whales from the balcony. The photos of the condo are accurate. There is only one place to eat/drink nearby so you will need to bus/drive/ride share to get places. It's about 20-30 minutes to Zona Romantica depending on traffic. We enjoyed the botanical gardens near Mismayola and sailing in the bay.

Worth the drive.

This condo was perfect for my wife, her mother, her brother and his wife. It was very quiet and comfortable. Having a car is probably necessary as there are only other hotels and condos in the area. The pictures are fairly accurate and the condo was very clean. The check in and communication was some of the easiest and best that I have experienced with a VRBO. The host, Alexandria, was incredibly responsive both on the VRBO site, and on Whatsapp. The only negative is that the condo is fairly dated and the bathrooms could definitely use an update. They were clean...but could use a remodel. We would not hesitate to stay there again, or to recommend it to friends and family.

Quiet beach getaway

Quaint little condo on the beach. Very clean, staff friendly, residents friendly, everything you need to make you feel at home. If you’re looking for 5 star luxury this place is not for you, but if you are looking for a relaxing place to read a book and swim just steps from the ocean, this is for you. The water is picturesque from the balcony, can see the waves as you cook. Loungers by the pool are comfortable and the umbrellas are perfect to give a touch of shading when you need it. A large tree keeps part of pool shaded half of the day. The condo is not updated, but it doesn’t need to be. It is what it is and nothing more or less. Just a wonderful vacation for the family. There were 7 of us total from the toddler years all the way up to retirement. We all enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Vallarta Family Vacay

My family (3 adults, 2 kids & a teen) & I just got back from a week vacation at Casa Natalia & we had a blast. Check in was easy, Alejandra from the management company met us, gave us the keys as well as tips on restaurants & local beaches. She was so nice, even checked on us during our stay to make sure we were doing okay. The place is beautiful, pictures do not do it justice Clean, décor is so cute & so roomy. The location was great for us, about a 20min drive from “el centro”. The balcony was definitely my fave, we had our coffee here every morning. The view was beautiful. It’s quiet, so don’t expect to go here & party, but that was fine for us, we did a lot of tours so didn’t get to enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked. I would definitely recommend & stay again.

Family vacation

Our stay overall way fabulous! The view was breath taking it isn't really a beach access property you can but it was so rocky and the tide was always rough by us! The condo suited all of us very well had enough room great space and enjoyed air conditioning in every room and main room and the bonus was TV in every room especially for bed time! The only thing on that note we would recommend is adding some dark out drapes in the living room, I say that because when you go for some time like we do you have your down days and want to just veg out! The one thing we noticed was the showers leaked horrible and the master bathroom was horrible to get into! I would also recommend getting some memory foam or something for all the beds and some more linens. The kitchen was well equipped the property was beautiful! Do remember you see further from town so no Uber eats or didi delivery will delivery there you are to far out. Taxi you can have them call for you if at the front desk or you can walk up the hill and typically they are up there waiting to. You can get a Uber but to be honest it was really really hard to get a Uber we could barely get anybody on the map near us! Also, we noticed this time around as we’ve been coming to PV for 20+ years is Sundays are very very slow not much happening as and many things are closed! Overall the stay was beautiful we would stay again highly recommend the bedding upgrades though and the pool was peer bliss! Thank you again for having us! We enjoyed the property!

Absolute paradise

I recently stayed for a girls trip with a couple of friends and my teen daughter. The check in was a breeze, the property is beautiful and the view was stunning. We loved having a quiet pool and being so close to the beach. It was great for morning walks and exploring. We felt safe, and loved that we could hop a bus to town in less than 15 minutes or walk the beach and find delicious restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Awesome spot!!

We loved the privacy of this location. There was hardly anyone at the pool and beach area. It is a bit of a drive from town but well worth it for the isolation. The condo was very well kept and quite luxurious.

Great place to stay

Ocean view is stunning! It was so beautiful, we didn't want to go anywhere else. Property management was super oraganized and easy to reach. Very impressed.

Wonderful Condo!!

We just got back from PV with our family of 6 (2 kids) and this condo had everything that we needed! The view is breath taking! We watched whales while drinking our coffee, the ocean was a little rocky but there are many other beaches close by! The house was very well equipped! 10 min taxi ride to the malacon! No complaints! It was perfect!!

Lots of whale sightings!

This condo exceeded our expectations. The ocean views are wonderful. We watched whales almost every morning while having breakfast on our deck. The condo was well equipped and immaculate. Everyone was friendly. Marco was very helpful and accommodating with our schedule. He even gave us a ride into town after showing us around the grounds! The pool was clean, warm and inviting. Thank you for a wonderful time. We hope to be back soon.
