Located in Denia in a small residence, the apartment is 100 meters from the beach and less than 5 minutes walk from Denia Marina with its fabulous bars and restaurants overlooking the sea. The center of Denia and all its amenities is only 1km away.

The apartment, located on the ground floor of a 2-storey residence, consists of a bedroom (1 double bed), a living room (1 sofa bed) with open kitchen, and a bathroom. You can relax on the terrace or in the garden which directly overlooks the outdoor swimming pool open all year round. You will also have a parking space, the residence's Wifi.

Denia is located on the Costa Blanca, between Valencia and Alicante and with its 20 kilometers of coastline and has beaches of fine sand, pebbles, rocky coves with transparent waters. You can take walks along the seafront, visit the castle, the old port, the many shops, markets, restaurants, bars, pubs, nightclubs, etc. It is the ideal place for relaxing, for family holidays or for practicing many water sports, jet skis, kayaks, paddle surfing, tennis, golf or hiking in the Montgo Natural Park.
Finally, you will reach the ferry port of Dénia at 1.1 km, Les Marines beach at 3.1 km and Alicante-Elche airport at 85 km. option:

Great location

Great location, close to beach and only a 10 minutes walk into Denia centre. Clean and tidy apartment with plenty of space inside and out. Would definitely go here again

The apartment is on a very small complex. It has a small pool which is ideal for a quick swim. The apartment is 5 min walk (if that) from the closest beach, and 20 minute walk into the town. The apartment is satisfactory. It has a kitchen with hob, fridge, microwave. The air con unit is based in the kitchen lounge area, resulting in the bedroom becoming very warm - I did ask the owner to supply a fan. We did enjoy a lovely week in the apartment. Although it could do with a little TLC. Although there was WiFi on the complex, none of the residents could connect, so ensure you are not relying on it.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne mal wieder her. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Teller und Tassen in der Küche sollten mal wieder erneuert werden.

Agréable

Appartement tout près de la plage dans une copropriété calme. Ce n'est pas la plus belle plage de Dénia mais il est assez agréable de ne faire que 200m pour y accéder. Un peut petit pour 4 personnes mais le canapé lit est très bien. A améliorer : manque de vaisselle et d'ustensiles de cuisine.

Todo muy bien, es cierto que pedir dinero por el aire acondicionado no debería ser así debido a la calor que corre allí por las noches. Por lo demás, todo bien. Buena relación calidad precio, es para dormir ya que luego todo lo demás es muy justo de espacio. Buena piscina.

El apartamento no dice al alquilar que tanto la ropa de cama como la calefaccion/aire acondicionado no entran en el precio y si lo quieres tienes que pagarlo aparte, excesivamente proximo a las zonas comunes de la urbanizacion con el consiguiente ruido y el plato de ducha enano para ducharse de perfil por lo demas, cama, situacion, limpiza, y comunicacion con el anfitrion correcto

Très bien situé, bien entretenu, l’ambiance y est familiale. Farniente au bord de la piscine ou la mer à côté. J’y retournerai sûrement . Mes filles ont adoré aussi.

nous sommes ravis de notre séjour , la résidence est à deux pas de la plage et des commerces . Très bon contacte avec la propriétaire ainsi qu avec la personne qui nous a reçu . Le logement est propre , literie confortable, bref il y a tout pour passer de bonne vacances !!! Nous avons hâte d y retourner l année prochaine
