Very clean, quiet, accommodating for our checkout, great updated bathroom.it would have been nice if the posting mentioned how hilly and how many stairs the resort has. Also a suggestion...a booklet/binder of area interests, restaurants, how to use resort shuttle, use of public bus/shuttle, and map of amenity locations/trails on resort property.

Great location

Great communication. House was clean appreciated snacks and some essentials. Checking in was easy. House can use some updating and the hills are a killer but overall we loved our stay.

The balcony views are amazing, we really enjoyed the stay there. The one biggest complaint we had was there isn’t a backup generator or alternative power when they have power outages. Other locations had backup power (we met others that were surprised we lost power bc they didn’t know it even happened). Excellent location, excellent host, and good value for the money!

Great Views and Island Breezes

Mike and Xaverie supply ample trip information and tips on the property and places to visit and eat on the island, They kept us up to date with travel restrictions and were promptly responsive to any questions we had, They seem to really care that you enjoy your stay, The property is "island-nice" and you could probably just stay on site and be happy if you're not comfortable driving, March '22, the Unit (C-9) was more than adequate for a couple and with the sliding glass doors open to the windward side we didn't need the A.C, The one thing that stood out for us was the friendliness of the folks who manage the gate, They seemed to be always smiling and friendly and they gave off the "island- vibe" I would expect from locals on a tropical island, (Not so much for a LOT of the other locals we encountered in our adventures) I suggest that you rent a car of some sort and enjoy the freedom to explore as you please, Lots of narrow roads and turns, so the narrower the vehicle the better, Don't let some of the impatient local drivers push you to drive faster than you're comfortable, They like to sometimes tailgate and even honk,,,, even though you're driving the speed limit and above, Google maps will get you exactly where you want to go, We drove a LOT and felt comfortable the whole time, The walking ferry to St John was easy and the 15 minute trip is worth taking, Best dining we found was at the Caribbean Fish Market (google it) but make reservations, We're not big on beaches impacted by cruise ship crowds so we played our beach adventures accordingly, You can ask how many ships are in port as you plan your day, We liked Brewers Bay and we lucked in to a no-cruise-ship day at Magen's Bay, If you're in Red Hook and wanting something different,,,,, try Sunny Days Ice Cream for a "Bushwacker" milk shake! There's more to say but this might be of some help to you initially,

Enjoyed our stay in Feb. 2022. Condo was comfy, had all the accessories we needed, easy walk to Shoreline Bar and Grill, o-site beach, Coki Beach. Perfect location with easy access to Lindquist Beach, Red Hook, Magans Bay, Ferry to St. John.

Outstanding view from the very large wraparound deck. King bed was very comfortable, foldout sofa bed was not as comfortable. Kitchen was small but had all the necessary equipment, including an air fryer. If you like cats, a very friendly black one hangs around quite a bit. The owner/manager was very communicative and accessible, lives on island. All in all, we enjoyed it.

Amazing place 🥰

Gorgeous views! White Terrace. We were having breakfast on terrace every day) no problems with parking. Downstairs is a great restaurant with amazing view as well! The owner I was the nice and answered all my questions right away! Appreciate it) The condo was nice and clean. Easy check in and check out. The only I missed is washer and dryer (with kids you need it) but we were only 3 night, so that’s ok. I mean if you go for a week or longer. But ask the owner, they should have it on the property. And the internet is very slow. Overall it’s a great place!!! Thank you 🙏🏼 owner!!!! I hope we will be back to St. Thomas!!!!

Beautiful resort and good location

We did a spontaneous girls trip and just wanted a clean place with a good view and a convenient location. We got all three! The on site restaurants are good (you can also walk to the Margaritaville restaurant). There are all kinds of cute little spots on the resort like a little secret beach and a gazebo with beautiful views. Plus you are a short drive away from some of the prettiest beaches- 10 min from Coki, 20 min from Magen’s bay, etc. Not to mention you are close to the Red Hook ferry and only a couple minutes from the Sapphire Bay resort which is where one of our bad excursions left from. We also thought that the bed was so comfortable— it’s a king so we could fit three people into it comfortably and didn’t need the couch. Plus the pillows and sheets were so comfy. We cooked multiple meals here and had everything we needed. Also there are two sets of snorkel equipment and two beach chairs, plus beach towels provided. They even had pool noodles we could use! The property manager was extremely responsive with any questions we had. Would definitely come here again.

Vacation

Overall my stay was okay. Great view, loved waking up to the view of the ocean and hillside. The downside of my stay was the bathroom and sliding doors. The bathtub and toilet could use a deep cleaning. The tub had black mold in some areas of the tile and drainage issues. The location of the place is great, short drive to grocery store and activities. You get what you pay for.!!!

Point Pleasant Paradise

This property made for an absolutely wonderful vacation! From the very start, checking-in was made easy and the property manager is quick to reach and extremely helpful. The rental was very clean and stocked with everything you would need to enjoy your stay. And you can't forget the stunning views! It was incredible getting to wake up each morning to look out over the water and the surrounding islands. The rental is nestled in a convenient location on the east end of St. Thomas in a gated resort property with many amenities. I was very happy with my stay and will definitely be back!

Perfect Place to Stay

The pictures do not do this place justice. The unit is very clean and well maintained. The bed was super comfortable and we had the most peaceful sleep. The unit is big and we were able to spread out with feeling on top of each other. The best part of the unit is the wrap around patio. We spent mornings, afternoons, and evenings sitting and eating on the patio while gazing out into the ocean. You a literally a 2 minute walk to Shoreline grill. A 5 minute walk to Margaritaville and 10 minutes to Coki Beach.

(1) Amazing views!!! (2) Every small detail was taken care of... (hand soap, salt). Got a few snacks and drinks as part of welcome package, which was an unexpected surprise. We used the snorkeling gear provided (nice high quality stuff!). (3) Mike was very prompt in his replies and special accomodations (e.g. airbed for my son). (4) Nice restaurants closeby (Shoreline, Jimmys) (5) Point pleasant resort itself is beautiful and the nature trail and gazebo walk/views were phenomenal!

Lovely Stay

Incredible view! Mike was easy to communicate with and made sure everything was ready for us. The king bed was like sleeping on clouds. Would recommend it to anyone. The resort workers were great too. Shoreline was a wonderful restaurant and Coki beach was a short walk away.

I love windows, two of the four walls were floor to ceiling windows.

The renting process was were smooth. The unit was well furnished, clean, really great rap around private balcony with sea and land views. Everything worked in the unit. We chose to cook most meals and found every utensil that we needed in the kitchen. The resort has a little beach which was ideal for swimming and had lounges for beaching. Be prepared to walk steps; we walked over the hill to the other side of the resort and discovered that on that side of the hill the power generation plant to be very loud. Fortunately you could not hear it from the unit. Overall we were very pleased with the rental.

Amazing Experience!

First, I would like to say the property manager(s) Avery and Daniel were the best hands down! In all my years of going to St. Thomas this was the best customer experience I have ever had. Lugar con preciosa vista, apartamento cómodo y equipado. Facilidades recreativas con 3 piscinas, restaurantes, barra, alquiler de equipos de playa, etc.
