My friend and I visit Catalina, often - and Jan’s place has officially become our favorite place to stay. The kitchen has everything you can think of and the views are amazing. It is also a convenient walking distance from the main strip. Jan is responsive and friendly!

Beautiful home with attention to detail, and a wonderful stay in Catalina! The house was perfect for a relaxing ladies' getaway, celebrating our 70th birthdays. We couldn’t have picked a more perfect location for our family trip to Catalina Island. The home is quite unique, with authentic nautical details and incredibly comfortable furniture. For us, the multiple decks were the standout feature of the house. The million dollar views were impressive enough. While the plush furniture and fragrant, prolific plantings elevated the experience beyond our expectations. The golf cart was much appreciated and a lot of fun! Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven with our family. We hope to return in the future for a longer stay!

The views from the deck, rooftop deck, and living room are spectacular. The house is beautiful and comfortable. I have stayed in many VRBOs and this had the best equipped kitchen I've ever seen. It's a quick 5 minute walk to town, but we couldn't hear noise from town. My only caution is the walk from town is steep, which was not a problem for us but could be for those with limited mobility. It's even more lovely than the pictures. Perfection!

Such a beautiful home, the pictures don’t do it justice. We were a family of six and there was plenty of space. Everything was perfect. Three decks all with amazing views!!! Having access to the golf cart was the icing on the cake that made it even more perfect. We will be back for sure

Our family had an amazing time. Every detail of this house is amazing. Read the history page in their welcome book - explains where the wood for the ceiling and floors came from. Having access to a golf cart was huge!

The absolute best place I could have ever imagined staying! I got married on the island and wanted a place to stay and get ready in. This by far exceeded all my expectations!
