Spectacular property. Photos on the website are from before the refresh. The rooftop patio was amazing and we all enjoyed riding on the golf cart.

Wow! This property is incredible! The views from the main level and private rooftop viewing deck are phenomenal! We spent 5 days at the house and we were awed by the views throughout the entire stay. Yes, the nighttime and sunrise pictures are from the rooftop viewing deck! Like I said, WOW!There's plenty of seating in the living room and on the rooftop deck, and the kitchen has everything you need. And the ability to use the house's golf cart was a huge benefit ... we used it daily to explore Avalon and the surrounding areas, as well as go shopping and to dinner. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this house and our time there. Jan was very helpful and the check-in process went smoothly.We will most definitely be staying here again during our next visit to Catalina!

The absolute best place I could have ever imagined staying! I got married on the island and wanted a place to stay and get ready in. This by far exceeded all my expectations! The rooftop and the views from the house are breathtaking. The rooms are very comfortable. I’d love to stay here again and again and again! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

5th Summer Stay

We love this home so much! I truly think it boasts the best views of Avalon!It is located close to Vons and downtown and the golf cart makes getting around easy. We had an age range of 20-93 and even though it is a steep short driveway and a flight of stairs to the main floor it was super manageable. This trip we really enjoyed breakfast and dinner around the table and lots of Mexican train and our adventures around the island! The Bison tour was a hit again this year and the flying fish nightime boat trip and we toured the Casino for the first time! We were excited to see they are offering rollerskating in the ballroom and movies in the theater!This home is so beautiful, and views so wonderful you can enjoy your stay without going anywhere!It is worth the price.

Incredible house that feels like your house!

This is truly an incredible house and Jan is so easy to coordinate with. She sent us all the info in advance and was communicative with us on arrival day when we had questions about where various items where in the house (it’s a big place!) As a far as the rental itself…wow. Incredible views from every room, and it truly has all the amenities of home. We were a little concerned about our kiddos on the stairs, I walked out onto the back porch and there was a child gate for the stairs. It’s all there. You just show up with your family and it’s the closest thing to having a home away from home. Couldn’t ask for more!

Amazing Place to Stay!

I stay at this house every year when I make my trip to Catalina because it is JUST THE BEST! Jan, the owner, is easy to communicate with. She responds instantly and is so accommodating. The house itself is stunning. There's three decks with beautiful ocean views and plenty of seating. The home's decor is impeccable. My friends and I always feel wrapped in luxury when we stay here. It comes with use of their golf cart too, which always makes the stay more fun. I'll continue to visit year after year!

Catalina Island stay

What an enjoyable stay. The house is beautiful inside and out. Beds were comfortable, views outrageous and amenities aplenty. The Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. It really is an easy walk to town. Golf Cart was handy for those of us who had a hard time walking. Owners were wonderful.

Endless Views

My family and I spent three glorious days in this stunning home and it did not disappoint. The views!! Spectacular! 180 degree views, you can never get bored looking out the window. So many different areas to sit and relax- pick one of the two balconies or the generously sized roof deck (more like a resort). The home was well appointed and the hosts were quick to respond. We will definitely be back.

Oh the View

I'm not sure how many times we all said "wow" but this property does that to you. The patios are great places to just take int he beauty of Avalon. Easy walk to town. Comfy beds and super clean. We were in town for a wedding and with 3.5 baths this was perfect place for us to get ready for the wedding. Easy golf cart ride to the Casino. The host was absolutely amazing. Highly Recommend!!!

Catalina Island Stay

The property was as advertised; clean, comfortable and great views. Well stocked with kitchen items. The golf cart seems fairly new (if not new) and runs great.
