Welcome to Hamilton Cove Villa 18-64

Impressive Hamilton Cove villa with wonderful indoor and outdoor living space abounding in ocean views. Recently remodeled and highly upgraded with every detail in mind, this beautiful and spacious villa offers the perfect island getaway. This is one of the very few villas that offers Air Conditioning.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa features an open floor plan; a spacious living room with French doors leading to the deck and breathtaking ocean views; a designated dining room for entertaining and a large, well-appointed kitchen.

The Primary bedroom boasts of a sitting room, large walk-in closet, as well as full ocean view and a set of French doors that lead to the terrace. The primary bathroom has a large oval tub, separate stall shower, double vanity sinks, and separate water closet. The combination second bedroom/den is perfect for guests or extra living space. Terra-cotta tile floors and architectural features throughout.

Featuring a spacious outdoor living-space with plenty of tables and chairs, three umbrellas for shade are provided, along with a Weber gas BBQ. The large balcony can be accessed from the primary bedroom suite and the living room, providing the best views in the Cove - you can bask in the sunshine, read a book, or just relax and refresh. And with an abundance of windows, you can enjoy those incredible views from inside the villa, as well.

Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes complimentary use of the community’s amenities (heated pool, spa, fitness center, 18 hole golf putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area with built in barbecues and picnic tables). The amenities are maintained by the Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association and are not guaranteed. Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association Rules & Regulations.

My family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) loved our stay! The villa was very clean, spacious, great layout and decorated with the most beautiful art! My kids were delighted to find an abundance of bath bombs in the bathroom and really enjoyed the private park, beach and pool. The golf cart was perfect for our daily excursions (very comfortable) and the property grounds were stunning. We really enjoyed coffee and family dinners on the balcony as we gazed out at the stunning view!

Beautiful, spacious home! The beds, including the sofa pull-out bed were comfy. The balcony overlooking the ocean was beyond amazing. We even grilled one night and ate out there. The washer and dryer was great for washing our beach towels and swimsuits. The walk up the flights of stairs was the only thing that was difficult, but I definitely think it’s worth it. Carrying luggage up was hard, so we are glad we packed light. The dedicated golf cart (6 seater) was a blessing to get to and from town. Heated pool 3

This day was beautiful. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend this unit was very spacious very clean very well. Kept the beds were really comfortable. Everything was great. The only thing that needs to be checked on is the brakes on the golf cart.

The kitchen was fabulous to cook meals and eat together as a family. The back patio space was fabulous, and the view of the ocean was incredible. The location was a little bit of a joint. The condo was at the top of the hill. The the hot tub and pool several streets away from our condo and the condition of the pool and hot tub was very disappointing based on the cost and luxury of the condo.

Everything was clean and well decorated. Felt like a home. The owners thought of everything. Ocean views everywhere. The only sighing we found is that the bathroom light flickers. Might look into that. Otherwise, it was a dream.
