We had a great time! The weather was fabulous. We loved having the cafe, Starbucks & restaurant/bar right on site. We enjoyed all the pools as well, when we weren’t at the beach.

The layout of the unit was great. The unit had so much space and was very clean and well decorated. Rooms werent very kid friendly but we just mived all the unfriendly items(breakables) out of the way and in a cabinet. The amenities that the property offered were pretty awesome. The kids really only wanted to go to the beach but the heated pool was their seconf favorite choice. Prices at the stores and restaurants were pretty expensive but its to be expected at the beach. The location was so so close to so many great restaurants and stores. Above all the unit was outstanding and we will most definitely stay here again!

Awful

I have been thinking of this review all night, because I have NEVER been treated the way this owner and manager treated our family. There’s so much to say, so here goes. Our first night of when my husband and I laid on the bed, we literally felt as if the bed was going to fall the pieces. It was extremely cheap material, and wasn’t even put together properly. So we slept like crap every night because we were terrified to bed was going to break and us get charged for it. Second, my daughter and her best friend got trapped in the elevator for over two hours. The resort wanted us to wait up to FOUR HOURS, before their tech could get there to get them out, then told us we could call the fire department if we wanted to, like it was no big deal that my children were stuck in an elevator between floors. The fire department had to use the jaws of life to open the door and get them out. It was a horrible experience for all involved. And to top everything off, we had asked to schedule an extra night because we wanted an extra day to clean and relax after dealing with all the crazy stuff. We sent the money to brandy at5:30pm and she texted me letting me know all was good, and even updated the parking pass for us. So we relaxed and had an easy night knowing that we didn’t have to check out the next day. Low and behold Brandi texted us at 10PM! To inform us that someone is else had rented the condo on another site that we had to be out in the morning…I was so blown away! It t was awful!

Cleaning and late check in.

Check in is 4 pm. We had to wait after 4 to get in the condo because cleaning was still in progress. Then we could not even use the use ice because the ice maker was molded over. I have pics of that also. The lady cleaning was rude. Said there was alot of sand on floors from prior visitors whoch was still full of sand.

Condo was great - parking terrible

I only have one complaint and that is the situation of parking, unloading and loading luggage. I am 65 years old and had my 4 and 8 year old grandchildren with me. The process of unloading and reloading your luggage and/or bringing in groceries and having to take some type of wagon or something in order to transport your groceries to your room is horrendous. Between the many many trips back-and-forth to the parking lot in the suffocating heat just to get our things to our condo made me regret, choosing Majestic. On the other hand, I have absolutely no complaints at all about our condo. It was very nice!

Fantastic place

Better than advertised. This condo has everything you need and then some. The view from the balcony is top notch. The master suite is huge with a massive closet and large vanity area outside of the bathroom. My younger kids loved the jetted tub. Living room and dining room were very nice. It has a large ice maker which was very clutch bc it was very hot each day. We always had plenty of ice and with 6 of us we were using a lot. Kitchen was very well stocked and was nice and large. The 2 smaller bedrooms and 2nd bathroom were nice and pretty standard extras. The listing notes it comes with beach chairs and umbrella. This is actually the ones already set up for you on the beach. We had number 17 all week which was very nice. We didn't realize this until the 2nd day. The smaller bedroom closet has several beach chairs and an umbrella so we assumed that's what the listing meant. The condo also has sand toys, 3-4 boogie boards and a skim board included. The full size washer and dryer in the unit was great to have also. We brought our own beach wagon which was helpful since this is in the 21st floor and there was six of us with 4 kids. The pools and hot tubs were great and you can't be at the crystal clear gulf water. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Family vacation

It was the perfect vacation with a little one. The beach was so quick and easy to get to, made it easy to have lunch in the condo for a break from the sun and give little man a nap. Loved there were 3 elevators so we never had to wait long. The condo was perfect for us and we would definitely stay here again.

WHEN I SAY SECURITY WAS ON TOP OF EVERYTHING! CHECK IN WAS FAST AND EASY. AND ALSO PARKING ‼️ THE CONDO WAS EVERYTHING AND THE VIEW AMAZING!!!! THE CONDO ALSO WAS STOCKED WITH EVERYTHING AND I MEAN EVERYTHING!! **ONLY THING BAD WAS THAT THE ICE MAKER NEEDED TO BE CLEANED AND THE EXTRA BEDDING COVERS NEEDS TO BE REPLACED!! The view was amazing and the host Brandi was very accommodating. We had a few small issues that were fixed quickly. We slept comfortably ,and my children loved the bunk bed set up. We enjoyed our stay.

Beach vacation with friends!

Our family had a great time at Majestic! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved being able to drink coffee on the balcony and enjoy all the space in the condo. It’s nicely decorated too! The owners thought of everything. We liked having the rental chairs on the beach and the chairs/towels they left for us. We hope to stay here again! 💛

Great place to stay

Wonderful place to stay. Unit was located right near the elevator and stocked with plenty of beach accessories like extra chairs and umbrella. Communication with the owners was excellent. Check in went smoothly and was well organized. Would definitely go back.

Amazing

The place was beautiful and was perfect for our stay. The balcony is huge and fit all of us. I was worried about being on the 21st floor but the elevators were so quick and we didn’t have to wait long at all.

Property was exactly what we needed. Loved that the beach chairs and umbrella was included, made it nice to be able to take a break from the sun. Also loved the fact that there was the restaurant, starbucks, and bar all next door in tower 1.

Great beach trip

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Great location and amenities. We had a small issue with the air and owner was very responsive and had a repair person contact us and come out asap. We would love to stay at this unit for future vacations.
