Best home away from home

Lyn was absolutely phenomenal. Her home is welcoming, clean, and absolutely gorgeous. We loved it so much, we extended our stay as my family never wanted to leave. Can’t wait to come back!

All Around Amazing!!

We needed a place to stay for an extended period of time while our home was renovated. This home was the perfect place for our family of 5. The views are amazing, the walk down to the beach is a perfect distance, and it is a peaceful neighborhood. The property team was also excellent; great communication, responsive to any requests we had and small touches around the house to make you feel at home. We would stay here again tomorrow if we could ;-) but it's time to get back home!

Perfect birthday vacay for my wife

As soon as we walked thru the door we knew this place was special. The cleanliness, decadence and vibe was perfect for our LA endeavor. There are separate, beautiful gathering places, a master bedroom spa shower that’s ridiculous and a gas ready pit that served our steaks well. We would definitely recommend and stay here again. Dana (property manager) was available and incredibly helpful. It’s only downside was being too inviting upon the time of our exit. We didn’t want to leave.

Beautiful home in amazing location!

We rented this home for a month and had a wonderful family vacation! The house is very well equipped and comfortable with a great kitchen for entertaining. The location can't get any better in the beautiful Hollywood Riviera within walking distance to the beach and Riviera village. The views make this house extremely special with awesome nightly sunsets! Had an amazing fireworks display right from our backyard on July 4th! The fire pit wasn't working which was one negative and the 2 gas tanks for the barbecue were empty. We were unaware and had a large group over for dinner but fortunately found a place open to get the tanks filled. Overall, we had a wonderful stay here and look forward to a return visit!

Scenic Retreat

Great location, not far from LA. Lots of windows with beautiful views. Spacious living area. Plus a wonderful yard to sit outdoors and watch the sunset.

Amazing house and location!

Perfect in every way! We loved the house, Dana was very hospitable, and it was a short walk to the beach and into town.

Location is the best!

This is a beautiful, well stocked and well kept home in an amazing location. Within walking distance of Riviera Village Redondo Beach where you will find coffee shops, breakfast, specialty shops, restaurants and a brewery. You can also walk to the Farmers' Market and another block to the beach. We stayed the week with our adult children to visit our son who recently moved to the area. The large kitchen allowed us to cook great meals together and entertain his friends for a barbeque in the beautiful back yard with large firepit. Dana Lyn is exceptional as a Host and responded immediately to any questions we had. We would highly recommend and hope to be back again the next time our family travels to the area.

Amazing property!

I can't say enough great things about our stay at this property. It was clean and homey the minute we walked in. The pictures online were amazing, but it doesn't even do the property justice. The view of the ocean is amazing, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was great for cooking. I would most definitely stay here again. The host has everything you need to make you feel welcome including some snacks and beverages. A couple things that were bummers were that the jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom was not working, and we were looking forward to using that. Also, the fireplaces in the home were decorative and not able to be used. Even with those being a little disappointing I would still give this place a 10!

Perfect place to Relax!

This house is more fantastic than words could describe. From the moment we walked thru the front door, we felt welcome and immediately knew that we had chosen the perfect place to stay. Opening the front and back patio doors allowed us to relax indoors and still take in the ocean breeze. I fell asleep on the back patio a couple nights, while listening to the waves crashing on the beach nearby. This was Heaven to me! Honestly we could have just as easily spent our entire vacation enjoying the ambiance and amenities of the house rather than visiting The attractions of Southern California. Thank you Dana, for sharing your beautiful property with us. It made our vacation truly enjoyable and relaxing! Kim, Kenneth, MaryJane P.S. We think binoculars would be a nice addition to look further down the coast or zoom in a bit towards downtown LA.

Amazing Redondo Beach stay

If I could give this property more than 5 stars I would!! I have stayed in many different rentals and this was BY FAR the best place and experience I have ever had! The house itself is truly amazing(everyone else is right- the pictures don’t do it justice!). The house is llight,bright and immaculate with gorgeous views from every room. This is the only vacation rental that I actually would want to live in forever.And then the amenities.. everything you could possibly need or want are there for your disposal. Dana goes out of her way to make your stay perfect. From the handwritten welcome note on the chalkboard to welcome snacks and beverages to beach chairs and towels- we felt so at home. Dana was excellent with communication. We spent much of our time at the house because it was so lovely- we especially enjoyed sunsets from the backyard and the fire pit at night. Thank you Dana for such a wonderful experience!!!!

Exceeded expectations

The pictures as nice as they are doesn't do it justice. Great convenient location. Close to beach and village yet a couple of streets away to enhance the view and no noise. Will definitely stay again. Myself, wife 2 daughters and 2 grandaughters. Well stocked, top quality decor./ Gary

Above and beyond!

This house was the best vacation rental my family and I have rented (and we’ve rented quite a few!). The location is great, close to shops and beaches. We (myself, mother and two kids 5/7) would walk down to town and to get breakfast and then head to the beach every day. The backyard was also a great spot to just enjoy the sunshine and views of the ocean. The house was brilliantly stocked (there were even snacks and drinks provided for our enjoyment upon arrival, whaaaaat?!) and the beds and furnishings were incredibly comfortable. The pictures don’t do this house justice as it is more beautiful and luxurious than you can tell. To top it all off, the property manager, Dana, was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive. We’ve already discussed when we can come back and rent here again!
