Sweeping ocean views! Warm sunshine! Steps to the sand! Welcome to your newly remodeled beachfront, 1st floor unit in Hermosa Beach on The Strand. This is a 30-day minimum stay. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets on your indoor/outdoor deck and open concept living space. Sip your favorite happy hour cocktails or coffee, enjoy cooking meals in your brand new chef's kitchen. Modern 2 bedroom with a King bed & two twin beds (or it converts into a comfy King bed), 2 full bathrooms, dedicated workspace with top of the line high-speed internet, romantic electric fireplace, two wall-mounted Smart TVs, in-unit washer/dryer, beach lounge chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards and sand toys for lots of beach fun! The blackout shades are just perfect for a good night’s sleep. Free parking pass is provided for easy street parking right near the back entrance to the condo. Steps to the beach, volleyball courts, bike-riding, roller skating, surfing, ocean swimming, kayaking, SUP, and sunshine. Welcome to real beach living!

The Hermosa Beach life scene is amazing! It is fun to stroll along the Strand to many of the nearby restaurants, bars and cafés. You can choose to people watch from your beachfront deck or join in the fun! You can bike ride, roller skate, sail, surf, play beach volleyball, run, walk, all of it, right outside your home!
