Very nice apartment on the ground floor of 65m2 renovated in a secure residence. Seaview. Beach at 20m.
The environment :
Direct access to the beach. Pedestrian walk and bike path to the port (no nuisance car because unauthorized on the seaway). Local food shops and restaurants. Bars on the beach. Environment reassuring and calm. Ideal for families and people looking for a quiet holiday.
The apartment:
Ground floor. Spacious. Terrace 12m2 with sea views and maritime pines. Renovated and new apartment. All comfort and all equipped. French and Spanish TV. Internet. Free cot. Beach games and bikes available.
Bedroom 1: 160 x 190 bed
Bedroom 2: 2 beds 90 x 190 or 1 bed 180 x 190
Extra bed and cot available.
Auxiliary heating.
Reception on site at your arrival.
Apartment rented only to families or couples.
Rental from Saturday to Saturday from June to September.
Non-smoking apartment inside.
No pets allowed.
Free parking in the dead end street adjacent to the residence.
Check in time is from 15:00.
Departure before 10:00.
Cleaning fee of EUR 50 per rental.
Deposit of 300 EUR to pay on the spot and returned on the day of departure.
