The cabin was beautiful, clean and just as the pictures showed. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed seeing the bears almost everyday. We would definitely recommend this place.

We loved this cabin. We were a family of 4 with 2 adults and a 3&6 year old. We all had so much fun and will re book. Beautiful area, super clean and felt very safe. We loved breakfast nearby and saw a ton of wildlife.

Place was great. Wonderful stay with the family. Seen some bears come up to cabin so be careful in that. Only few things minor issue wise but not in anyway to make me change my mind on renting. Def would rent again

Pretty good stay. Needs small updates but overall nice. Roads are steep in and out. Hard to travel at night. Kids enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. Property manager was really nice and helpful. We did have issue with bees in the cabin. But it's the mountains and there are critters. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Note to people with height issues. Inside stairs are steep and hand rails do not go all way to the top and Unable to use sauna because it leaked onto stairs.

This cabin was in an excellent location and provided a wonderful overall experience. The accommodations were comfortable, and we truly enjoyed our stay. However, I would like to mention one area for improvement: the cabin would benefit from a thorough deep cleaning or a review of the current cleaning service. Aside from this issue, everything else was great, and we had a very pleasant stay.

Roof leaks above the table because of the shower and the water we used to steam Sauna leaked through the floor got water all in front of the stairs . Jets in tub don’t workEverything else worked as advertised had to good time here despite the minor issues

Our team addressed this by applying silicone around the affected areas. The hot tub jets were also functioning properly and required the controls to be adjusted correctly. Nice house but needs more attention to cleanliness. The surface areas where not cleaned from prior guests. Crumbs on the couches, sticky spills on table and dressers and red sauce spilled on dresser. Spiders and webs inside and out. Could not sit on outdoor furniture because of debris and droppings. No locks on bathroom doors. Refrigerator was only cool not cold. Gina was informed and was quick to let me know she would send housekeeper and maintenance crew. Maybe they did come out while I was away but nothing was addressed. I had to sleep on top of pillows so the srings in the mattress wouldn't be so uncomfortable. We left the property a day earlier than planned because of these things not addressed and taken care of. The response was "come back again so we can make it better". There will not be another time at this property.

Cabin was clean and comfortable. We had a great snowy weekend. The road up is steep with some switchbacks just so you will be aware. The pool table and arcade games were fun. Host was nice and friendly.

We really enjoyed all the comforts of home…. Especially the king size bed and the fireplace in the master bedroom. About a 30 minute drive to Gatlinburg, but still the peace and quiet of the mountains.

When the owners visited the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, TN in 2005, they were so impressed with the area such that they purchased cabins and homes that families could visit and enjoy for vacations and all types of other short term stays. When the owners purchased the Heavenly Views Resort in 2019, they were and are convinced that they have found the 8th Wonder Of The World. Pictures and videos do not give this resort justice. You must see and witness the majestic mountain views, the wonderful serenity, the awesome amenities and the vast amusement attractions for individuals and families. You will find few if any other resorts/areas in the United States that compare or come close.
