We had been to Destin numerous times mostly during spring break and we always love it. We're from Atlanta so being landlocked, we especially appreciate the white sand beaches. After living in California and Florida, it is something that we crave. Our building, the Terrace, is quiet and offers beautiful sunset views, the lake with its fountains lit up at night and fireworks seen from our balcony. Our housekeepers are amazing, keeping our condo spotless and smelling fresh. We enjoy sharing our oasis with numerous guests, welcoming them with cookies or popcorn, many of whom return every year.

This is the perfect neighborhood for families and anyone who loves our pristine white endless beach, our resort's numerous pools and jacuzzis, beautiful sunsets and walking to restaurants and shops. We are in the heart of Destin so everything is at your fingertips including the Big Kahuna Waterpark and 54-hole Mini-Golf Course directly across the street. Winn Dixie and Target are both a few blocks away for any shopping. The Locale Market offers mouthwatering Southern style breakfast; lunch at the condo, at the Pelican Beach care or tiki bar or for pizza or a salad or sandwich next door at Lone Wolf Pizza; and delicious seafood dinner down the street at the famous Back Porch, Mimmo Restaurante Italiano or Harbor Docks on the Bay. And don't forget to check out the Southern Star Dolphin Cruise or the Pirate Cruise. In the summer, join the largest beach party by catching a Crab Island Cruise. Finally, take a ride to Gulfarium, our terrific marine adventure park, to see dophins, otters, seals and so much more...

We have had numerous careers but are now a realtor, a designer and an e-commerce specialist. All three of us love this unit, with its beautiful views, updated kitchen and baths and lovely decor. Over the past several years that we have owned it, we have collected special art, dinner wear and linens, further enhancing its visual appeal. It is perfect for any group but we especially like kids so we supply lots of beach toys, ocean themed puzzles, books and magazines. We can't wait to share it with our family, friends and you!
