Visiting Destin for the first time. Location of condo was great - on the beach, pool access with near by restaurants and other activities. The condo was nice with all the basic necessities. We loved the balcony and everyone we met was so friendly. Will be back again.

Close to everything!

The condo was comfortable and close to everything-food, liquor, and a quick uber ride to Wal Mart. Pool was clean and plenty of chairs, beach chairs came with rental. Liz was a great host, very attentive and easy to reach for any questions.

This place...amazing. The communication was also amazing and so friendly and helpful. The unit could have had some additional beach items such as floaties and a beach cooler so we donated each of those :). We also donated a box fan as it is needed when sitting on the patio. We will be back to stay here again. Just an amazing place and vacation.

The condo was very clean. Liz was great to work with and was able to coordinate cleaning that allowed us to get in to our room early. Her informational sheet she sent beforehand was great to help us know what to expect. We would love to return soon!

Wonderful beach vacation!

The host of this condo was amazing! She gave all the information we needed ahead of time and stayed in constant communication to make sure our needs were meet. I love the location, the view, the spray hoses for sand and the pool! We plan to return here for our next trip!

Beautiful condo

Loved staying here with my mom and sister. I just wish it held 5 people so I could bring my kids and husband next time.Liz responded fast to any questions I had and she has a very lovely place. The only complaint I have is not with her unit but the property it’s self and that is the elevators could use AC because they get extremely hot.

I'm so glad you all had a wonderful time, Mary! When I purchased the condo it was a "sleeps 6 condo". Then a few years later we were all 'upgraded' to have my unit's size set to only hold 4 due to fire code. That's a great idea about A/C in the elevators--it sure was a hot Summer. I looked into this and here is what I found: Installing and maintaining air conditioning in elevators, with frequent door openings to the outside would have a constant influx of outside air making it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature, requiring powerful and energy-consuming systems. Elevator doors which open to the outside also have significant air exchange with the outside environment-cooled air would be quickly replaced by warm, humid air, making the air conditioning ineffective and potentially causing condensation and other issues. I hope you all can come back soon and enjoy the beach trip memories from your family trip!

This condo was in a great location; making it very easy to get to any and all shops/restaurants/activities we wanted to. You’re on the beach within 2 minutes from your leaving your door step. The owner was fantastic with communication and overall attentiveness etc and all staff that we came in contact with were helpful. Enjoy your stay, Destin never disappoints!!

Great Stay

The unit was immaculate and well equipped. A real treat was rocking chairs on the balcony. Sterling Sands overall is a great place - everyone is friendly, the pool is heated and there are some activities run by the visitors.

I'm the ultimate beach lover. Anything 'beach' as long as I'm facing directly to the ocean or Gulf and I can hear the surf. I like fun activities nearby too and fabulous restaurants and pubs. I'm a native New Yorker living in Kentucky for the last 30 years, but you can bet I'm visiting one of my beach places...Destin, Naples, Montauk or Isle of Palms...as often as possible.

Destin offers more than just the beach. It's easy to fly into or drive to, and has everything you need either a short walk or drive away, including the incredibly unique Harborwalk Village. Where else can you get world-class fishing, restaurants, shopping, golfing and powder-white sand steps away? You can catch the sunrise AND sunset from my private lanai. A very short beach walk away is famous and delicious 'The Back Porch'. Across the street is a totally stocked liquor store and next door to the liquor store is Merlin's Pizza. To vacation here is to have the best beach, the most gorgeous 4th floor views, while having the necessities nearby and convenient.

When I walked onto the Sterling Sands private beach and saw the dazzling turquoise surf, I knew I'd found the ultimate beach get-away. The updated kitchen and baths cinched it for me and the kids couldn't wait to sleep in the bunk beds made up just for them. There is also a fitness center, a meeting room with a kitchen for parties, outdoor grilling area, beautiful grounds and I have a maintenance team on-site for your needs. Also, I am always very easy to reach and will strive to make your vacation wonderful and memorable.
