19世紀初頭に建てられ、ハーナウの国の伝統的な農業地域を代表するアルザスの農家へようこそ。 非常に広々としたコテージは、かつての古い農場のstable舎だった別館にあります。

閉鎖された共有中庭とにぎやかな通りにあるため、静かな場所になっています。 可能な限り建物、用途、機能（パン焼き炉）、原材料（木組み、泥、ヴォージュ砂岩、平らなビーバーテールタイル）の分布を維持しました。 木組みもきちんと尊重されました。

シュワベルは、私たちが日常生活のサービスを見つける古い村の中核の不可欠な部分です。

Had a very nice stay. The interior of the gite is incredibly nice, and so are the hosts.

Little rest

This was our 2nd trip to Schwindratzheim. We enjoyed the house, very friendly hosts and our time in the Alsace.

Lovely property in a great position

Me and my partner chose to stay here with our dog as we had not visited Alsace before. The property is in a great position in a lovely quiet village with easy road and rail access to Strasbourg. Bruno the owner was very welcoming and the property is clean and full of lots of interesting historical pieces of art and furniture. There is plenty of space with three bedrooms and the kitchen is well fitted out with all modern appliances. I would highly recommend this property.

Nice Experience

Positive: Overall nice location to relax for a few days. Courtyard perfectly for my 5 month old Beagle boy. Negative: Sleeping small village with poor infrastructure and family members crossing the courtyard, so rarely having privacy, what was not mentioned in the online description.

We thought that we had made our guests sufficiently aware of this, as from the second paragraph of the online description, it is stated that the courtyard is communal. The photos also show several residential buildings. We hope that, despite these inconveniences, our neighbourhood has not been too uncomfortable for you. Yours sincerely

The apt wasn’t as described, upon our arrival none of the outlets worked, no hot water! They sent us to a different apartment to shower very inconvenient. The communication was horrible and replies would be a couple hours later. Upon requesting for things to get fixed no maintenance workers were on site to come fix. They didn’t even have a spare key to go into apartment to fix issues that we inquired about and had to stall our plans to be present to open door for maintenance workers. When requesting for apartment to be cleaned they were charging us extra fees for clean up and no toiletries were given or trash bags we had to go purchase on our own. The only time property manager was present was on check in to collect payment for stay other than that we never saw her again. Overall stay was a bad experience for it to be my first time in Mexico City and for it to be in Polanco which is one of the best cities to stay at from feedback of friends.

Die Ferienwohnung ist wie ein gemütliches, bewohnbares Museum, mit sehr vielen Möbeln und Gegenständen aus dem bäuerlichen Alltag von damals, Tüchern, Tellern, Bildern. Die Küche hat praktisch alles, was man so braucht. Es liegen unzählige schöne Bücher über das Elsass bereit und auch Tourismus-Prospekte. Wir waren zu 5, wir hatten genug Platz, es war alles sehr gut, sauber, nichts fehlte. Die Gastgeber Simone und Bruno haben uns bestens betreut.

Tout était parfait. La maison est très spacieuse et bien équipée. C'est très calme mais proche de toutes 'les villes à visiter. Une super boulangerie dans le village pour les croissants du matin. Encore merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil.

Stilvolle, große Wohnung im Elsass

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit viel Platz für die ganze Familie.Der Bahnhof ist nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt, von dort kann man mit dem Zug nach Straßburg fahren.Außerdem kann man in in der Gegend wandern und auch ein neues Schwimmbad haben wir gefunden. und ein ein nettes Schwimmbad haben

Wundervoll

Es ist ein ganz liebevoll eingerichtetes typisch elsässisches Fachwerkhaus mit goßem Innenhof. Man entdeckt täglich etwas Neuse. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie geben gerne Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung, für die Schwindratzheim ein guter Ausgangspunkt ist. Wir und unsere Kinder würden gern wieder kommen. Das Hühner füttern hat ihnen sehr gefallen. Ein Vorteil ist das man sich hin und wieder mal im Innenhof trifft und nette Gespräche führen kann. Vielen lieben Dank an die Gastgeber MERCI BIEN

Ein Kleinod mit Charme

Das Fachwerkhaus ist zauberhaft schön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Gerade mit Kindern ist es toll, einen Innenhof zu haben und eine große Wiese mit Ziegen, Schafen und Hühnern. Das Dorf hat uns auch sehr gefallen. Es gibt gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die Bahnanbindung ist perfekt und der Ortskern ist sehr hübsch mit seinen alten Höfen.

Un très bon séjour

Nous avons passé 5 jours très agréables en famille : la maison a beaucoup de charme et est très confortable; la cour est bien aménagée et par beau temps, il est fort sympathique d‘y déjeuner . Notre chatte a bien apprécié la balustrade de la galerie de laquelle elle pouvait gagner le toit et le grenier! La maison est bien située pour explorer toute l‘Alsace et faire des incursions en Allemagne.
