Condo was beautiful.Very clean. A note saying that you need to bring All linins including kitchen would have been helpful. We could not beat the view and everything was in walking.

Nice clean condo & super location

Great location

This property is ideally located for the beach and shopping. Dozens of great restaurants within walking distance. This was our Second booking and we will definitely be back.

Perfect Location

Condo was wonderful, perfect location with beautiful views. Kitchen is very well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. You do need to bring your own paper products and cleaners because it isn’t supplied for you. Beds were comfortable as well as living room furniture. We enjoyed our stay and David was a breeze to work with.

Nice Family Getaway

A girls weekend getaway

Our knitting group stayed for a 4 day weekend- the views are fabulous- the condo was luxurious and cozy. We’re already taking about coming back next year!

Great place! Super clean. Perfect location. Close to restaurants, shops, beach. Everything was within walking distance. Oceanfront views. Property manager-David- was so nice. He met us at the property when it was time to check in and even helped bring our luggage in! Was readily available for any questions we had.Only advice is to bring hand soap/ dish detergent / dishwasher detergent/ garbage bags as that was not provided. Some toilet paper/ paper towels were provided but not a lot. Not a complaint , but just know that going in. Attached photos are all taken from the apartment/ balcony.

Great Ocean view

Absolutely gorgeous view of the ocean from this spacious place. Town is 1/2 mile away so very accessible. Would definitely stay there again. We watch the Pet parade and the Eagles without leaving the house.

Grenoble Getaway

Grenoble Place was a wonderful place! It was clean, had plenty of room and the view is amazing! We were there in the off season and the neighbors were quiet. Once in the condo, you feel like you are in a home. It had all of the amenities that we needed. We will be back!

Great get away!

David, the property manager was wonderful, which set the tone for the week-end! The property is beautiful, updated and comfortable-the views spectacular (despite beach reclamation project). Short walk on the boardwalk to restaurants, shopping, and the heart of the quaint town. Perfect pre-season get away!

Great ocean front property

The property was great. The two ocean front balconies was really great since we had a cold rainy weekend. We didn’t mind it at all because we had everything we needed right in the condo. Plenty of glassware to make any kind of drink, plenty of dishes to accommodate 8 people (once you discover all the cabinets. The master bedroom was really quite nice! Being right on the boardwalk is nice. We all agreed we would be more than happy to stay here again!

It’s just as amazing as the photos show. We loved this house. David was amazing to work with. The beach was a bit crowded with the hotel being right next door, but we had the chair/umbrella company set us up first thing each morning. We loved being close enough to walk to downtown but not too close that we were kept up by noise. Beds were comfortable. Loved having the washer dryer to refresh towels and such. Sunrises each day on the balcony couldn’t have been better! If you’re going, bring vinegar for jellyfish stings. They were rough. We look forward to returning again!

Perfect Beach Condo

Well furnished kitchen and excellent view of ocean. Comfortable beds and sofa. Close to boardwalk and next to a small lake. Saw dolphins each morning around 9:00 am from lower balcony. Convenient parking.

Pictures can't capture the beautiful view

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo in Rehoboth Beach. The condo is unique in that it is 2 floors and has plenty of room for family. The kitchen was decently appointed, beds comfortable, and the balconies had adequate seating to enjoy the magnificent view and location. We'd be happy to return!

Perfect August Vacation

We have previously stayed in a unit at this location, I have to say this unit exceeded our expectations. Many updates, well stocked. The bathroom was perfect for washing kids after a long day on the beach. The balcony looks out directly over the beach. David was prompt and accommodating, we look forward to many more vacations in RB.
