このアパートは、カスカイスの中心部にあり、慎重に修復された1920年の建物の中にあります。
明るいリビングルームからは、アズレージョで覆われた壮大な家が見渡せます。
キッチンには、数日から1か月の滞在に対応する設備が整っています。
休息する2つの大きなベッドルーム。
各部屋には独立したエアコン/暖房があります。

アパートは非常に静かなエリアにありますが、レストランやカフェに近接しています。
プライアダリベイラビーチは300 m離れており、400 mの駅からリスボンの中心部に直接アクセスできます。

Perfect stay

The apartment was very comfortable. The location wa perfect--close to the beach, restaurants and the playground for our three year old.

Lovely stay in Cascais

This is our 4th stay in Cascais, and this apartment is our favorite. Very clean, good size rooms, comfortable beds, good closet space, lots of natural light, and yet private, all as promised. The location is close to everything, but the neighborhood is quiet. Anthony was very responsive and he ensured that our stay went smoothly.

Nice apartment at great location

This apartment is so nice. It is light and spacious and has everything you need. The host is very kind and helpful. It is in the center of the historical area and also with nice restaurants en bars. And within 5 minutes you are at the bay. Worth every penny.

Ideal location

Anthony was a great host. The apartment was large with 2 bedrooms and one bath. Very child friendly although we didn’t need it. Great restaurants and scenic views within walking distance. We will return.

Three days in Cascais

We had a lovely stay in this town, which I would have liked to explore a little more if I had time. The apartment was well equipped although I did not know how to use the stove. Maybe written instructions would be good for future reference.

Excellent place to be

Cascais is the most charming little town to visit for the winter holidays and Anthony’s place is the perfect location to enjoy everything. Very clean and comfortable. Everything functions well and is nicely designed. We faced a little challenge learning how to operate the cooking stove ;-) Safe and friendly neighborhood, close proximity to various activities. Great “fish” market for bread and fresh produce as well as super helpful tiny grocery store nearby the apartment (across from the Catholic church) - its owner is a true Portuguese wine connoisseur and his recommendations for the local restaurants (e.i. Melody; Manjar Da Villa; O Viriato) were the best. Trip to Sintra was great (including lunch at Metamorphosis) but the most memorable times we spent hiking in Cabo da Roca. Best to take the earliest bus (#403) so to avoid the crowds. If you need a hair salon, I highly recommend Florin & Rita Hair Studio just around the corner (discus prices beforehand to avoid surprises). Portugal was the most wonderful place to visit and Anthony was very helpful to get us prepared for our stay although we had not have a pleasure of meeting him in person. We hope to be back!!

Schöne Woche in Cascais

Netter Aufenthalt in schöner moderner Ferienwohnung mit portugiesischen Elementen. Tolles Ambiente, Vermieter hat noch Transfer vermittelt. Waren rundum zufrieden und haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Nette Unterkunft

Unglaublich netter, hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der stets leicht zu kontaktieren ist. Das hübsche Haus/Aparttment liegt mitten in der sehr lebendigen (!) Altstadt. Ruhig ist es hier nie, aber die Fenster sind schallisolierend. Alles, auch Bahnhof und Busbahnhof, sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Great base in Cascais

This is a sweet, well provisioned property in a very convenient location right on the edge of old Cascais. Anthony is a very responsive and accommodating host. Could use some basics like dishwasher soap , clothes washer soap & hand soap & TP, but those can be purchased nearby. A very nice property - I highly recommend.

Met afstand het fijnste appartement waar wij ooit verbleven. Mooi ruim licht koel fijne bedden prima keuken dito badkamer goede lokatie: top! Gastheer heel fijn en betrouwbaar. Tot en met de vaatwasblokjes: echt alles is er.

Lovely renovated flat in historic center

This recently renovated flat in the historic center of Cascais is really very nice. Small kitchen is perfectly functional with basic tools all there. Beds comfortable. You do have some street noise from below, but it’s not a thoroughfare and the windows are modern double pane. It is a simple flat but preserves old architectural details like windows and doors. Anthony is a helpful and genial host. We’ll be back.

Fantastic location in Cascais

This spacious flat was clean, bright, and so centrally located: walking distance to restaurants, grocery, Praia dos Pescadores, and Parque De Estacionamento. Train station and buses are also close. Climate control in the unit is outstanding so you can close windows at night to keep comfortable. Kitchen appliances were modern and clean. Will definitely return to this rental when we visit next time.

Cute apartment in historic center of Cascais, walk to everything

Simple and spare, but it has everything you need. Great location, although the street is not quiet, since it is right in the center of the old city. Attentive owner responded whenever we had a question or problem.

Apartamento excelente! Localização perfeita dentro da vila de Cascais. Decorado com delicadeza e atenção aos detalhes, tudo novinho!!! Sem palavras para descrever o anfitrião, que foi super atencioso, prestativo e flexível!! Antecipou todas as nossas necessidades. A garagem estava disponível no período da nossa estadia, o que foi uma bênção para o período em que estivemos de carro. Até brinquedos e livros infantis havia no apartamento. Se passássemos mais alguns dias, minha filha de 2 anos voltaria cantando perfeitamente a musiquinha em francês de um dos brinquedos que a encantou! Indico a todos e certamente será nossa primeira opção quando retornarmos a Cascais.
