Ants can occasionally show up with the coastal climate, but we do provide ant spray and ant traps in the unit, and we’re always happy to bring out additional treatment if needed—just let us know during your stay so we can take care of it quickly. We’ll also have our maintenance team take a look at the shower to get that addressed. We’d love to have you back again next time you’re in town!

Thank you so much for your review—we’re really glad you enjoyed the layout, especially the lower level for the kids, and that the beach access, equipment, and parking made your stay easy. And we agree, the grounds really are beautiful. We also appreciate you pointing out the areas that need attention. The spots on the bedding and the item left under the bathroom sink should not have been missed, and we sincerely apologize for that. We’ll be addressing this directly with our cleaning team. We’ll also take a closer look at the washer, dishwasher, showers, and blinds to make sure everything is clean, fresh, and functioning as it should. Next time, please reach out so that we can address items of concern during your stay. We want to make sure you are as comfortable as possible. The train noise and road activity can definitely be noticeable at times, and we’re glad the white noise helped a bit. For future stays, choosing a unit further from the road is a great option if you’re looking for a quieter experience. We really appreciate your feedback! Most of our guests say the train isn't bothersome, but we do provide ear plugs and white noise machines for those guests that are a little more sensitive to it. Hopefully they helped! Thank you for staying with us and we hope to see you again!
