Wonderful location! Two blocks from strand beach and plenty of shops and restaurants. It was just as shown in pictures, and very clean! The covered parking garage was a huge plus. We loved watching the sunsets from the rooftop deck. Wyatt was extremely responsive leading up to our stay and the check in/ out processes were a breeze! My family and I will definitely stay here again!

Had an awesome stay here. House is newer construction, absolutely impeccable. Off-street parking was a huge plus. Fantastic location as well, everything was within a short walk.

We throughly enjoyed a comfortable and relaxing stay. The three-story townhome is immaculate and each room has its own climate control. The off-the-street parking is convenient and safe. The amenities included thick, fluffy sheet towels. We were walking distance from the ocean, the pier and wonderful restaurants -- our most favorite was Piper -- ask for Hannah to be your server -- and Amalfi Cucina Italiana. The location was perfect for a ladies'l staycation, exploring North County's coastal cities, hiking trails and eateries.

House is very nice. Just as advertised. It is also very clean. Linens and towels are of good quality. The location is great. Walk to the beach and restaurants. Train station is right behind the house but the noise isn’t bad at all.

Beautiful location near the beach

We were in Oceanside for the Ironman competition. The Vrbo was super clean and comfortable. We all had a great time, and we’d love to stay at this property again.

Overall, fantastic property - loved the rooftop patio. Very Clean & felt new. Wyatt was very prompt and very accommodating with all requests. Would absolutely stay here agian.

Great location. Bring sound machine due to the train station/metro station directly behind the property. Only disappointing issue was sand throughout the unit and in the beds. Once we swept up and washed the linens the experience was good.

Perfect location

The location of this property is the best. The beach is super close, restaurants, shops everything is within walking distance. You have a pretty good view of the Ocean from the roof. At first we were worried about the train being right behind it but you could barely hear it from inside the house. Wyatt was very responsive when we had a couple of questions. We stay in Oceanside every 4th of July and we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful!

We traveled from all over the country to meet here to celebrate a friend of ours getting married at a backyard wedding in Oceanside. We couldn’t have been happier with this rental, so much space, beautiful up to date amenties. The pictures don’t do it justice! We were slightly concerned when we saw it was next to the train station, but we had absolutely no issue with sound. Definitely 10/10 recommend!!

We had an excellent stay and would definitely book this condo again! The location is unbeatable—walking distance to the beach, hotel district, restaurants and shopping.The condo was beautiful, very clean, and comfortably fit our family of six, including four teenagers. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed.A few things to know (not complaints, just helpful): the layout has lots of stairs. The garage & main entry are on the ground floor, two bedrooms with attached baths are on the second floor, the living room, kitchen, third bedroom, and another bath are on the third floor, and the rooftop is one more flight up. The rooftop is shared but separated from neighboring units.The walls are a little thin, so we heard neighbors during the day, but it was never disruptive at night. There are no dressers, and while the closets are spacious, there are limited hangers, so I'd bring a few extra next time. Also, there isn't a full-length mirror anywhere. Wyatt was responsive, friendly, and answered questions quickly. Public parking is literally right next door if you have more than one vehicle. We were pleasantly surprised that the train noise wasn't an issue at all. We felt very safe and secure throughout our stay.Overall, this is a fantastic property in a perfect location, and we'd absolutely stay here again.

Great location - immaculate - kitchen well stocked - beds comfortable - parking for 1 car is a plus in that area - and so important are the comforable beds and linens. Just a note for those who might not want to haul luggage up stairs - there are quite a few stairs but you can really get in shape!!!
