Thank you for taking the time to give us a review. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed staying at this house. Renting a golf cart makes it quicker and easier in getting to the beach and it keeps the sand out of your personal vehicle. We hope that you will come back and stay with us again. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the size of the house, the convenient location, and having the golf cart included in your stay. We’re also glad to know the check-in process was easy for you! We sincerely apologize for the areas where we didn’t meet your expectations. Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and we’ll address the concerns regarding the floor, pillows, and hot tub with our cleaning team to ensure future stays are spotless. Regarding the welcome basket, it typically includes a few items to make you feel at home. It appears there was an oversight, and I truly regret that it wasn’t stocked before your arrival. Additionally, we provide a starter pack of toiletries, and we’ll be sure to clarify this better in our communication going forward to avoid any inconvenience. I’ve also looked into the bed layout and can confirm it matches our online listing, which states 1 King bedroom, 1 Queen bedroom, and 1 with twin bunk beds. That said, I’ll work with the team to double-check the listing photos to make sure they reflect this accurately. Your input about the couch size is very valuable, and I’ll share your suggestion about a larger seating arrangement with our team to improve the guest experience. Your feedback helps us grow and deliver an even better stay for all our guests. We’d love to host you again in the future! -Life in Paradise Team

Dear Scott, Thank you for taking the time to provide your candid feedback. We sincerely apologize that your experience did not align with the high standards we strive to uphold. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we are disheartened to hear about the issues encountered during your stay. Please rest assured, we are taking your observations very seriously. The points you raised regarding the master bedroom comfort, hot tub functionality, shower condition, front door security, and amenities in the game room and kitchen are invaluable to us. These are serving as a catalyst for immediate renovations and improvements. We will forward your suggestions to the owners. Though we regret that we missed the mark this time, we humbly ask for a chance to welcome you back in the future. Warm regards, Life in Paradise Team
