Cute Beach Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay and the convenience of getting to and from the beach. Great price and just a couple of neighborhoods away from Cinnamon Shores. This house was very comfortable and our kids LOVED the access to the garage with foosball and Ping-Pong. The only recommendation is to bring your own beach towels, we couldn't find any on site. Otherwise this rental had absolutely everything. We are already starting to plan our next trip to this house.

Pleasant Stay Within Easy Walking Distance to the Gulf Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not new, but comfortable house was perfect for our small family gathering - six adults and two dogs. No one had to sleep on a couch or futon. Quiet neighborhood, with an easy (10. min.) walk to the beach - up the street and down the boardwalk. We did not rent a golf cart, but many in the neighborhood used them, giving super easy access to the beach. The house is well maintained, was clean, and well stocked with basic dishes and utensils. We would come again, and would recommend to family or friends.

Clean and nice property

My family and my parents stayed here. The unit was perfect for all of us. We loved that 2 bedrooms were on the main floor. Kitchen was well stocked. This was one of the cleanest Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in. The only complaints we had was the smoke alarm at the top of the stairs on the second floor would go off sometimes usually in the middle of the night and set the others off waking the whole house. The backyard is not fenced if bringing pets. The neighborhood was very noisy at all hours of the evening but it was spring break.

One last trip for the Summer

We love this place for our annual beach/fishing trip! Perfect for our family of 5 plus grandparents. Able to bring the boat/truck plus another vehicle without issue. Can’t wait to come back next year

Nice House And Neighborhood

Online photos and description are accurate. Kitchen very well stocked for cooking while visiting. House was warm but AC was working. Beds were uncomfortable for multiple night stay. But overall a great place to stay!

See the list of items provided staff, e.g., worn out or previously damaged items in the house. Could not sign the rental agreement online due to technological issues on your end.

Great location, awesome neighborhood!

This was a great beach house, unfortunately for us it rained the entire time and the BBQ area was completely under water by several inches. The house was in an excellent location, close to the shops but far enough away for a quiet evening. The boardwalk to the beach is a 5 minute walk with an awesome huge boardwalk. The house in comfortable, the kitchen is a bit small but very manageable. I would rent again.

Nice house and area

The location was walking distance to the beach and the house was well maintained. The neighborhood was active but not too loud. Younger adults enjoyed the game room and bbq pit area. Was hoping to check in earlier but the place had been rented the day before we got there. There was a lot of rain in the area during our stay and there was some water buildup in the back yard.
