1階はオープンレイアウトで、リビングルーム、ダイニングルーム、キッチンがあり、すべて海岸の装飾とタイル張りの床です。 リビングルームには、オットマン付きの特大の革張りのソファ2台と大型テレビ付きのエンターテイメントセンターがあります。 キッチンには設備が整っており、ダイニングエリアとリビングエリアを見渡せるので、ゲストのために食事を準備する際に時間を忘れることはありません。

Great place for a family beach vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My Happy Place was a perfect place for our extended family beach vacation. We enjoyed the covered back patio and the kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms being on the ground floor for some of our family members' mobility. It's fairly close to the beach, but we rented a golf cart, which I highly recommend for ease. The neighborhood is well-maintained, and we enjoyed the community pool and quiet atmosphere.

We were not impressed with this Home. The first thing that happened as we walked in the house was we killed a roach which I can deal with, but overall the house seemed grimy and dirty. The Keurig coffee maker is also broken, and I feel confident that this was known, but not told to us prior to our renting. We also found numerous dirty dishes in the cabinets that have been put away that way, and lots of staining and spills on the walls that had not been cleaned.

Pleasant Stay Within Easy Walking Distance to the Gulf Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not new, but comfortable house was perfect for our small family gathering - six adults and two dogs. No one had to sleep on a couch or futon. Quiet neighborhood, with an easy (10. min.) walk to the beach - up the street and down the boardwalk. We did not rent a golf cart, but many in the neighborhood used them, giving super easy access to the beach. The house is well maintained, was clean, and well stocked with basic dishes and utensils. We would come again, and would recommend to family or friends.

Cute Beach Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay and the convenience of getting to and from the beach. Great price and just a couple of neighborhoods away from Cinnamon Shores. This house was very comfortable and our kids LOVED the access to the garage with foosball and Ping-Pong. The only recommendation is to bring your own beach towels, we couldn't find any on site. Otherwise this rental had absolutely everything. We are already starting to plan our next trip to this house.

Clean and nice property

My family and my parents stayed here. The unit was perfect for all of us. We loved that 2 bedrooms were on the main floor. Kitchen was well stocked. This was one of the cleanest Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in. The only complaints we had was the smoke alarm at the top of the stairs on the second floor would go off sometimes usually in the middle of the night and set the others off waking the whole house. The backyard is not fenced if bringing pets. The neighborhood was very noisy at all hours of the evening but it was spring break.

Well set up with two ground level bedrooms and bathrooms along with an upstairs.Sofa's are pretty old and should be replaced. Oddly enough, the sheets on the king bed in the master were like paper. Comfortable stay for family of 6 and a dog

We had a great time at "Our Happy Place" in Port A this past weekend. We decided on a last minute trip to the beach and the beach house didn't disappoint! The kitchen was well appointed, beds for everyone (and then some - a nice change!), a nice patio and a great Rec room in the garage that the kids enjoyed a lot. It is a relatively easy walk to the beach (up some hills, so beware or rent a golf cart) and very minimal traffic to be concerned with. The community was tidy and nice looking. We felt safe our entire trip - aside from the mosquitos, but the city is definitely working on that daily during the season. Just bring bug spray and they'll leave you alone. Would definitely consider visiting again and even bringing along some extended family! Pro tip - while a golf cart isn't totally necessary, it would have made the trip more enjoyable. We had a beach cart which was a must for our family with 4 younger kids and all the stuff. We decided when we return (hopefully this time next year!) we'll definitely rent a golf cart for a smoother time for the littles.

Great place!

We had a great time staying at “Our Happy Place.” We were within walking distance to the beach and only a few minute drive from everything we needed. The front door doesn’t shut properly, though. That was a tad annoying. We think the lock gets stuck. You have to really mess with it to get it to stay shut. Also, we had a child get stung by a jellyfish and found the first aid kit almost completely empty. :( Everything else was great!
