2700平方フィートのこの快適で美しく整えられたケープコッドの家で、素敵な人里離れた場所でリラックスして蘇らせましょう。 校舎の池で幻想的な淡水スイミングまたはパドルボーディングまでわずか4分の3マイル、プレザントベイから1マイル、チャタムダウンタウンとナンタケットサウンドビーチまで車ですぐです。 岬の風光明媚な舗装された自転車道と交通量の少ない近所の曲がりくねった道の近くは、早朝の散歩やランニングに最適です。

1階にあるエンスイートのクイーンベッドルームには、新しく改装されたガラスと大理石のシャワーが付いています。 2階に新しく改装されたバスタブとシーグラスタイルのバス。 2階にはキングベッドルームがあり、天窓と隣接する3番目のバスを備えた、光に満ちた大聖堂の天井のクイーンマスターベッドルームです。 中央のエアコンに加えて、すべてのベッドルームには天井ファンがあります

海ガラスの壁タイル、花崗岩のバーと島、見事な広い板の松の床、二重対流式オーブン、誘導調理台、デッキに面し、美しい庭と周囲の森を見渡す窓の壁がある、美しく改装されたダイニングキッチン。 風通しの良い大聖堂の天井のあるダイニングエリアはデッキに面しています。

部分的に森に囲まれた美しく美しく手入れされた裏庭で、（新しいウェーバーガスグリル）で石造りのパティオでグリルをお楽しみください。 パティオを見下ろすと、巨大なアジサイが並ぶ複数レベルのデッキがあり、快適な屋外用家具と複数の傘を備え、屋外での食事、星空を見たり、本を片手にくつろぐのに最適です。

Our family had a wonderful stay! The house was spacious and super convenient to several locations. Loved having 3 bathrooms and we loved the kitchen! Well stocked with everything our family needed and then some. The backyard was so peaceful and we enjoyed our nights and dinners out there. The hydrangeas on the property were just beautiful. Mary was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and easy to communicate with! We would absolutely stay again! Thank you for wonderful accommodations and sharing your home!

Beautiful home with wonderful host!

Mary’s home is gorgeous. The garden is full of hydrangeas and we saw turkeys, hummingbirds, and rabbits pass through. The kitchen is stocked for cooking. We loved the charm of this Cape house and appreciated all the local tips from Mary. Definitely recommend.

Incredible House with all the accommodations

The house was perfect for our large family - group of 8 including two kids under 6. The house has everything you could need and the outdoor space is so gorgeous. We spent a lot of time outside in the yard. There is so much wildlife that comes through!

This place is paradise. The backyard is relaxing and beautiful with gorgeous landscaping. The house is very comfortable and the perfect size for our family of 5. I enjoy cooking and the home is equipped if you want to eat in. Very close to the downtown and beaches. Hard to leave.

Great House and Great Host

We enjoyed our stay in Chatham. Mary was a great host, very quick to respond, and had the house set up for us upon arrival. Location is close to town. House has beautiful backyard/garden and large kitchen if you plan on cooking.

Home Away from Home

We just returned from our second stay at this property, and its my absolute favorite place! The home is cozy and comfortable, well appointed, and accurately lives up to its description. Additionally, the yard is a little piece of heaven with its lovely landscaping and decking; the neighborhood is perfect for a nice walk or run; and the location is convenient to all the terrific amenities Chatham has to offer. Mary is a consummate hostess, and we're looking forward to our return next summer!

Family Getaway

Mary’s house was beautiful & spotless. The outside garden area was serene & picturesque; the perfect spot for morning coffee & evening cocktails. We were very comfortable every moment of our stay. Mary kept in touch making sure we were settled in comfortably. She had also provided lists of restaurants, beaches and other pertinent info that made our vacation choices a breeze. We were minutes from the beaches & restaurants. I would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect Home for a Family Getaway!

We had the best time visiting Chatham and the surrounding Cape Cod area. This home, located in a lovely, quiet residential area, was beautifully appointed, sparkling clean, and absolutely perfect in every way. Mary, the owner, was a wonderful host and provided excellent communication prior to and throughout our stay. I highly recommend the property and look forward to visiting again next summer!

Fantastic, Well-Priced Rental with an Even Better Host!

My group had never visited Cape Cod before so we decided to stay in Chatham because of its central location. We thought this rental seemed expensive but quickly realized what a good deal it was. The house is very big and has enough room to sleep three couples comfortably. The backyard is large and a great space to spend the evening - just remember citronella candles for the bugs. Likewise, the kitchen is gorgeous and well equipped. We cooked multiple meals and even used the grill outside. The real value, however, came in the form of Mary as our host. Not only was she super-responsive throughout the whole process, she also guided us through our first visit to the Cape by provide countless recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and activities! Mary was so awesome that we considered reaching out to meet her in person. I cannot recommend this property enough. If you are looking in the Chatham area, this is a great secluded spot that is still close enough to most of the action. I assume the rates will rise as Covid-19 concerns subside but it is definitely worth this price. I hope we get to come back soon! There are so many of Mary’s recommendations we didn’t get to try! The other reviews of the house are right on. Mary and Terry have a beautiful home and (especially!) yard, and we felt like we had more than enough space to relax, even with six adults. The location is great too, both for exploring Chatham and for making your way elsewhere on the Cape. Mary was also terrific about staying in touch and answering questions in the run up to our stay.

Perfect Getaway!

Mary is the best hostess ever! This house is absolutely fabulous for a truly relaxing vacation. The huge kitchen is amazing. There were 6 of us and we cooked the majority of our meals there. Everything you need in a kitchen was there, plus some! There is plenty of space so you do not feel crowded. The patio outside was very roomy for all 6 of us to nap in the sun! I cannot say enough nice things about this house.

Wonderful Stay

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend in this lovely Chatham home...we only wish we could have stayed longer! Located in a quiet neighborhood convenient to beaches and downtown Chatham, the house was immaculate and tastefully decorated, with spacious comfortable rooms and a gorgeous modern kitchen. The backyard is large and private and beautifully landscaped; we enjoyed relaxing there during the day and sitting out under the stars at night. Mary could not have been more gracious or accommodating, sending information and tips and responding promptly to any questions we had. It was the perfect location for our return to the Cape and we look forward to future stays in this warm, lovely home!

Backyard Cape Escape!!

Perfect place for gathering outdoors. Large deck and patio beautiful landscaping and well furnished for relaxing and very peaceful evenings under the stares. Solar powered Japanese lanterns and wind chimes create a tranquil space in a lovely garden. Large, well supplied kitchen, for easy meals and dinners. Very welcoming home and great location.

Hyadrangea Heaven...

Wonderful property to call "home" while visiting the Cape! The accommodations were comfortable, the house was spotless, and the modern kitchen was well stocked with all manner of plates, cookware and utensils. Mary was a very gracious hostess, she kept in touch, was very responsive and provided many house tips & area recommendations to help make our family gathering a success! Chatham Vacation - Everything and then some...

We had a wonderful time in Chatham this past week. The house was very clean, with a large kitchen where we spent most of our time as a family (just like at home).The backyard was private, huge deck and very relaxing - more than enough room. Bedrooms were spacious and house tastefully decorated. The house offered everything you needed and then some. Mary and Terry were very accommodating and responsive. They even went out and bought a blow up mattress for us! They offered great detail in their in-house directions and had plenty of recommendations - i.e. restaurants and day trips. We ended up doing what we love every year we come here - same beaches and day trips - creatures of habit. I would certainly stay here again and having come to the cape for 25 years, I've found this to be a great steal. Thanks for helping build warm memories. Marcie & Joe & the boys

What a wonderful home. Quintessential Cape Cod! Mary and Terry met us at the property and showed us around the home and gave us dinner recommendations. I had been in contact with Mary prior to our arrival and felt I was meeting with friends. The home was perfect for our stay, quiet neighborhood and easy to navigate in and around Chatham. Sitting out on the back porch every morning was a perfect way to start our day. Thank you for a perfect vacation on Cape Cod!

Cape Oasis

We absolutely loved our stay here! Our host- Mary & Terry- made everything simple and easy leading up to our arrival and check in. When we arrived there was a table set up with fantastic recommendations as well as helpful area guides. After a long ride up, the back yard is an absolute oasis, all stress just melted away. Everything was well appointed and inviting; super clean and felt like a house on the Cape should. I would highly recommend this property and I hope I get the opportunity to return again. My husband and I are based in New York City but we fell in love with Chatham and the cape over 30 years ago and love spending time here. The moment we drive across the Bridge over Cape Cod Canal , the city stress melts away. Our favorite spot in the world is Hardings Beach (a short drive from the house)- the perfect place to swim, picnic and watch the sun set. It's a quiet neighborhood with very little traffic - great for walking, running or biking while close to downtown and beaches. We love traveling and have and have enjoyed meeting our hosts all over Europe. We like to welcome our guests in person when possible to show you around and answer any questions. If we can't be there we are available by phone, text or email. Our beautiful Chatham property was new to Vrbo in 2019 (with a limited rentals in 2020 due to Covid) and all of our guests appeared to have enjoyed the place as much as we do!

We call it Hydrangea Lodge for the beautiful Nikko blues and all over the property and the enormous Limelights in the back. This airy comfortable house is in serene shades of blue, green and lavender with an airy modern beach house feel. It's loaded with amenities but feels open, uncluttered and "easy". When we entertain, friends like to hang out in the spacious kitchen that opens onto the deck. A wall of windows looks out over the patio and the garden. The woods surrounding the house make it feel very private and but it's still wonderfully open to the summer sky. The pollinator garden attracts hummingbirds and butterflies throughout the summer. You may catch a glimpse of red fox or two or even have a visit from the hilarious and completely peaceful neighborhood turkeys. The milky way appears to go right through middle of the yard - often easy to see due to the lack of streetlights. The large carpeted basement level has a separate large TV and workout bike - lots of room for yoga or pilates and it's also a great playroom on a rainy day.

The multi level deck, patio and yard are absolutely spectacular in the summer. The curving bluestone patio was built around a beautiful apple tree hung with solar lanterns and tiny lights. You'll want to spend all your time on the deck but there's plenty of room inside and out for everyone to find their own corner once in a while. We even have one set of renters who do a company retreat here - they seem get lots done gathered around the big dining room table during the day or the outdoor umbrella tables in the evening.
