If you are looking for the perfect getaway to pamper your guests on your next Cape Cod vacation offering easy access to pristine beaches, eclectic dining, yummy ice cream shops, stunning marinas, unique excursions, and more, look no further! All this and more is only moments away from this Harwich Port beauty! Your toes will be in the white sugary sand of Red River beach in a short .3 mile jaunt from the front door. The open layout of the main floor encompasses the family room, TV room, dining room with wet bar, and well equipped kitchen creates a welcoming cozy environment for all in your party to remain together yet able to stay engrossed in their activity. The large back deck and patio space are easily accessible via beautiful French doors from the dining space or the TV room which further expands the entertaining area. The primary bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom (shower and large tub) are on this floor as well. The second floor features three large bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first bedroom holds a queen bed and a twin day bed (two twin sleeping locations), the second has a queen and twin beds, and the third room with a 30" TV has a queen and a futon. The unique layout of this home creates ample space for everyone to spread out and truly unwind! BOOK NOW! An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens not provided. Some feedback- Have a lobster pot with lobster cracking supplies, refresh the carpets in the living rooms, have a fan for the room above the garage (gets a little stuffy). Just little things! We love the house and can’t wait to come back.

Great Red River location

We enjoyed our stay at the house for a week. The property was clean and well equipped and the deck area to the rear of the house was really good. We enjoyed eating out together and making good use of the grill and the fire pit. We loved being able to walk to Red River Beach (5 - 10 minutes away) as it is a favourite of ours. Brax Landing and School House Ice Cream were practically on the doorstep and there was lots for us to do.

Enjoyable week in Harwich Port

Overall, a very nice home and location. A short walk to the beach, close to Harwich, quiet and peaceful. The grounds were nicely kept and the outdoor patio was a great spot to sit outdoors and relax. The interior of the home was tastefully decorated and comfortable. There were a few things that could benefit from an update, floors in the kitchen/dining area need refinishing and the rug in the parlor was stained and should be replaced. But overall it was a very good rental.

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our weeklong stay and the 5 min walk to the beach.Downtown Harwich being a short drive away was an added bonus.Aspects of the home are a bit dated but the house itself was otherwise spacious (plenty of space for 2 couples and 4 young children). The new back patio and fire pit area were great for outdoor dining and hanging out. We would consider coming back and would recommend for families that spend most of their time on the beach.

Lovely home, great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is in a perfect location, quick drive or even walk to the beach, downtown Harwich is great. The bedroom layout works well for our family because the teenagers have the inner room (you walk through one bedroom to go to it). The back deck is AMAZING for entertaining with their big table and beautiful gas fire pit. The garage is great for storing bikes and beach supplies. There is a TV in the kitchen/dining area which is great for keeping an eye on the little kids. My constructive feedback would be to purchase a top loading washer to avoid the mold buildup in the washing machine. It was also not working well during our stay for medium sized loads. I would also purchase new rugs for the home, the house is beautiful but the rugs need updating which is why I gave 4 stars for cleanliness. Overall we love this home and hope to return for a third year next year!

Payment online was done in two installment with ample reminders. Check-in was done by an email with directions for a lock-box. This is the second year I have rented this house. The house was spotless when we arrived. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cutlery, pot, pan, etc. Sun room is amazing. Rugs and furniture are showing some sign of wear, but with kids it was fine. The only slight draw back is that linens and towels are not provided and to access the fourth bed room you have to walk through another bedroom. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. The terrace and fire pit are amazing. Landscaping is beautiful. Overall I would highly recommend this house for a summer vacation.
