4th Vacation

We had a great stay. Everything was super nice and the walk to the beach was easy. The pool was small and stayed crowded. No washer in condo was an inconvenience but livable. Our unit was extra nice and very clean. Fireworks were wonderful!

The condo was very nice. I just wish it had a high commode. Perfect for a person with a walking issue. Getting out on the beach was easy. Just two small steps. Furniture around pool could be updated. I will highly recommend this place.

We have stayed at the brigadune for over 10 years! It is the perfect beach spot. Everyone is so nice. Kathy was great to work with and was available by a quick text!

Beach Trip for Mom

We had a wonderful week!! Kathy is a great hostess & very pleasant to rent from. The condo has everything you will need. Clean, updated, comfortable beds & a great location. My mom loves to stay at the Brigadune, it is very easy to get to the pool & around the facility. Always a pleasure staying with Kathy & Shea!!

Great location and great views

The best part of this property is the balcony. The property was well appointed but in dire need of a makeover suitable for a beachfront property. Close to shopping, restaurants and some good fish markets. Beach chair and umbrellas I rented, those in the closet were rusty and broken.

1st time here but not the last

I'm usually a pretty negative person but this place was great. Fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of blankets and pillows if you need them. Very clean! My family and I had a fantastic time here and I cant recommend it enough. Usually we all pitch in and get a beach house but didn't have enough people this year so we went with this condo and it did not disappoint. Kathy answered all my questions (and very quickly I might add). In fact, we liked it so much, we stayed an additional day. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the coffee pot takes 45-60 minutes to brew a pot. (Sorry Kathy) But I rented a condo not a coffee pot. Awesome room and we will be back again!

Loved it

Our family of four (9 & 4 years old) loved this spacious condo. The guest bedroom was perfect for them and they loved having a tv to enjoy at night after a long day activity filled day. Master bedroom is huge and window view of ocean is breathtaking. Beds comfy. Two tables on balcony...seating for 6+ if needed. Loved the newer appliances in kitchen. The closet is FILLED with boogie boards, shovels and chairs! No need to buy/bring any of those. Only thing I missed was some basic cleaning supplies (would be nice to have had). No washer/dryer, but we had plenty of towels for week. Decor/condo is a little dated, but we felt like Kings in this huge condo.....and got it at a GREAT price. Will be back again next year...especially if it's still a great deal!

A Top Choice at Brigadune

We recently enjoyed two weeks in 9C at Brigadune during July 2018. The unit was large and had everything necessary in the kitchen. It is nicely decorated, spacious, and has a large balcony with two tables and six chairs. The view from the balcony is awesome and it was a favorite place for morning coffee. The king bedroom in the master suite has sliders to enter the balcony or one can enter through the living room. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms and living area have flat screen TVs. Wi-Fi is available and reliable. Board games and beach chairs were available for use. Umbrellas are available for rent on the beach. We had plenty of towels for use and clean sheets provided for the second week. The location of the unit is right off the elevator, near the laundry area, and has a trash shoot just down the hall. The location of Brigadune is a major asset. It is sort of tucked away along the beach with little traffic, however, still close to anything one would want (Kroger's, many fine restaurants, Tanger Outlets, etc.). Parking was no problem. The process of booking with Home Away was seamless and working with Kathy regarding rental questions could not have been a better experience. She always responded within a very reasonable amount of time and was very helpful. She is a very caring individual who wants to make sure one's visit is enjoyable. Personally, the only recommendation I have is to add a Keurig to the kitchen. And, to future visitors, bring sufficient amounts of toilet paper, paper towels, etc. but one doesn't need any cooking items as the kitchen is well stocked. Our only regret was that we had to leave. This condo is a top choice at Brigadune and you will not be disappointed with the value of your beach vacation, as well as, the individualized attention from Kathy to make sure everything is going well. We hope to return soon.

Great Spot

This unit was perfect for our stay. We enjoyed the updates that were made prior to our visit. The unit felt very "beachy" and the new couches were very comfortable. The owners were very responsive when we had a quick question during check-in. We have been staying at the Brigadune for years and this was definitely one of our favorite units to-date.

Great property

I was very impressed with this condo. The only issue was Hurricane Elsa paid a visit. Kinda messed up our plans. But the accommodations were clean, safe and on the ocean. Pics were accurate in the VRBO app. I’m 66 years old and travel often. I highly recommend this place.

Great place away from the crowds

We enjoyed our stay at Brigadune 9C. The condo was spacious and could have easily housed a group of 6; though, we only had three. The owner was easy to work with and even called before our arrival to ensure we knew the check in procedure. Kathy was quick to answer any questions I had before booking. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Due to COVID, we chose to eat in for all our meals and all the essentials were provided. We used the grills by the pool as well. The balcony seating has was nice and the view is perfect. The general areas of the condo were clean, and you could smell the bleach was was reassuring during COVID. The condo is a little dated, so if you are looking for updated and modern, it may not be for you. The furniture is worn, and some pieces could stand to be replaced. However, overall it was a good fit for our getaway. I loved that it was on a less crowded area of the beach. We did have to wait to get in the room; we arrived at 3:30 and they were still cleaning. This isn’t the owner’s fault, but something to be aware of. Also, corners and crevices could use a deeper cleaning. Overall, I would recommend this condo, and it will be on our return list.
