Panoramic oceanfront views, ground floor luxury renovation next to Ocean Annie’s

Fully renovated ground floor direct beachfront unit with central AC at A Place at the Beach III on Shore Dr., right next door to Ocean Annies. You can sit on the balcony and hear the bands play, or walk on over to join in on the fun! If you love looking at the beach, but the salt air and sand aren't your thing, hang out on the most comfortable sectional ever, look out one of the many windows or watch TV on the huge flat screen!

No expense was spared in renovating this luxury unit. All the old nasty paneling and popcorn ceilings are gone! There are two brand new sealy posturpedic hybrid beds,- one king and one queen, so the unit can sleep up to a total of 4 adults, and the sheets are included. The fully stocked kitchen features a high-top table for 4, 3 rack dishwasher, ice maker, built in trash storage and a virtually silent garbage disposal. Paid laundry in the building, keyless entry, 2 outdoor pools, picnic tables and grills are the amenities that come with renting this spectacular unit! We provide luxury linens, pillows, blankets/quilts, toiletries, bath towel sets and beach towels.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE BOOKING:
This home is not recommended for children under age 8 and pets are not allowed.

Maximum occupancy is limited to 4 guests.

During the busy season, live music from Ocean Annie’s may be audible from inside the unit until 11PM.

From May 1st through September 15, only 1 parking pass is provided, and unfortunately there is not an option for a second pass due to limited space.

Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed per HOA rules.
TVs are smart TVs only. Cable is not included.
Due to close proximity to the beach, you may find trace amounts of sand in the unit. This will not be grounds for a refund or cancellation.

Must be 25 yrs old to book. Proof of identity may be requested after booking confirmation and failure to provide may result in cancellation.

This is the most beautiful condo I have ever stayed at! The place was beautifully decorated from top to bottom! We loved sitting on the deck and listening to the music at Ocean Annie’s!

This was an amazing rental!! Super clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you might need. It was so cozy and perfect for our girls trip. Whether we were sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean and band next door or watching a movie on the couch, we felt right at home. Kim was amazing to work with and promptly answered any questions we had. You won't find a better rental in Myrtle Beach!!

Best One Yet

My family has been coming to Myrtle Beach, specifically APATB III since 2008. We've rented up to 18 condos at once before and have all visited each other in each one. This was by far the best I, or any of my family have stayed in. It was not only beautiful, but clean and better stocked than any other. Next time around, I will definitely try to get this one again before the rest of the family beats me to it.

Perfect stay for 11 nights

Can't say enough good things about the condo. Recently renovated and like new. All amenities were high end, from the towels, linens, kitchen, baths, etc. Great views of the beach, cleanliness was perfect, check in was simple and host immediately responded to any questions we had. Condos in the area are often outdated and worn. We have been visiting the Shore Road area for over 25 years and this was the best condo we have stayed at!

Perfect Oceanfront Condo

Came to Myrtle Beach for some golfing and shopping. This condo is in a great location to do both!! It was very clean and decorated nicely. Great little coffee bar too. It was easy for 4 adults to sit and watch TV together in the evening. Owner is very quick, kind, and prompt when replying to messages. If we get a chance to head to Myrtle Beach again, I will definitely see if this little gem is available.

Wonderful condo

This condo has modern amenities and very updated. Super clean and fully stocked. It had everything from soap and shampoo to Beach chairs and beach towels. The location just steps from the beach was terrific. Kim was great to work with and answered our questions quickly.

More like a place in heaven

We loved our stay at A place at the beach. Our stay at this condo was beyond our expectations. The unit was extremely clean and very welcoming. The instructions on how to get to the condo and how to access the condo and amenities were clear and concise. They went above and beyond with all the extras. Being that close to the beach was a plus. Beach chairs and umbrella were supplied so we didn't have to rent them. Cant wait until next year as we will defenitley come back. Our new vacation spot.

Fantastic stay and location!

I planned a friends trip to Myrtle Beach a bit last minute and was extremely pleased to find this vacation property gem! The owner was fantastic to work. She was very quick to respond to some initial questions and made sure we had the correct instructions for accessing the condo. She also responded right away when the night before we were set to leave, we inquired if we could stay an extra night because we were having such a great time. She was able to accommodate us quickly and we went right back to enjoying our evening without missing a beat! The property is just as beautiful as the photos and the location is fantastic. You're steps away from the sand and shoreline. It's so serene there you can't help but immediately relax. The owner decorated everything beautifully and has stocked the unit with everything you'd need, much more so than other rental properties. Plenty of towels, comfy pillows, hair dryer, kitchen tools, paper products, beach chairs, an umbrella, and a great coffee/tea bar. And that couch is truly the most comfortable couch ever! We really enjoyed the bands that played next door at Ocean Annie's. We ventured over there a few nights, listened from the balcony on others, and loved being able to hear them while relaxing on the beach during the day. There were fireworks right out in front of the bar a few nights as well, which combined with the great live music, made for some really fun nights. I will definitely be back to this property again. A place at the beach

We loved our accommodations and stay although we decided to leave 4 days early because of tropical storm Debbie and the excessive rainfall forecasted for the area. Kim graciously refunded our lost days. The condo is absolutely beautiful and all the extras were greatly appreciated. We hope to return in better weather. ☀️

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. Upon entering, you see right away that it is impeccably decorated. The owner thought of everything. There were so many special touches that made our stay feel like home away from home. We loved sitting on the first floor balcony watching the activity on the beach. The location is close to everything in town like barefoot landing, broadway at the beach, pirates voyage and oh so many restaurants. It really was a dream to stay here!!

Best rental I've stayed at to date! Clean, stocked, and comfortable. I had knee replacement and she provided gel ice packs. The atmosphere is great right on the beach. Great parking. Loved Ocean Annie's next door. Ill definitely stay again .

Absolutely wonderful!

Everything was perfect. The condo is flawless. The owner is great to deal with. All you need to bring is your clothes. The owner supplies top notch beach chairs, umbrella and towels. Beds are very comfortable. The pictures in the listing do not lie. This condo is RIGHT on the beach.

Best beach vacay ever!

We’ve been going to the Shore Drive area for years. It’s like our 2nd home. This was one of the nicest units we’ve stayed in. Not only was it true to the photos, but there were so many thoughtful extras in the condo. We will definitely stay there again!
