The apartment itself was lovely, clean and spacious with a great sea front location. The communication not so good. There seemed to be 2 people, Peter who was great and helpful and a lady who wouldn't listen. A link was sent be lady for refundable deposit but the amount was wrong but she just kept saying the deposit had to be paid. On about the 4th time she send a different link and got sorted. Our flight was after the office hours so was told I have pay 50 to get the key which was put in a lock box outside their own building. Expensive walk to their own front door. Arrived Thurs, was delighted. Fri a major shower leak, flooded the bathroom. Cleaned up and reported it. No one came to repair all week.Fri-cockroaches outside app door, cleared them and more arrived. I reported this and was told to "go to their office for traps." Saturday the smell was not good, Sunday the smell was awful and more cockroaches. There was a door outside ours, we opened it-it was the waste desposal that was backed up, the smell would knock you and the cockroaches were everywhere. I reported with video & pics. Finally came on Monday afternoon to sort it. The apartment 5 star, service 0. I asked to stay on as we had an evening flight, there was a charge of 38. The least they could have done was give us the couple of hours...but NO. It's a realy pity the service was so bad.
