Our mother's 90th Birthday

We were celebrating our mother's 90th Birthday. The house was perfectly appointed for our event. A bedroom on the ground floor for our Mom, so no stairs to climb. The pool and hot tub and direct beach access with a nice boardwalk was amazing. We were an adult group of 11. The kitchen was well stocked and outdoor grill perfect. The extra refrigerator in the garage and beach items are a nice bonus. Thank You for sharing your home and SPI rentals did a great job making sure we had all our needs met. I highly recommend this property!

The home, decor & views are gorgeous; however, it does need some attention. The AC is pretty non existent in the primary bedroom. There are ceiling fans & a box fan, but circulates hot air. Cold water doesn’t work in the sink, but hot does. Hot water doesn’t work for the bathtub & barely in the shower (it will get luke warm). Clothes dryer takes 3 cycles to dry a small load of towels so allow time for that. Everything else was great, the kitchen items are commercial grade & clean up nicely. Also, each bedroom has its own bathroom so that is really convenient. The walk to the beach is easy & views are stunning. It is a paradise!

This property is by far our favorite at SPI. Loved that all bedrooms had generous en-suite bathrooms but what we love the most is how well appointed the kitchen is! All cookware, serverware, knives, utensils, etc are outstanding! The best we’ve ever had. Can’t wait to rebook this property.

The property was great but needed a little TLC. There was an odor the required fans and vent fan to be on constantly for days. The bunk beds were rickety and pull out bed was stained and not acceptable for our use.Service and communication was good.I would consider a return visit.
