Great Location

The place was clean, it was pleasant to stay at, and had a bunch of great things in the area. We highly recommend stopping by River Tiki bar and grill!

Bike week

We enjoyed the location immensely! Out of the crazy and new Smyrna is a very cute quaint town. You had plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Great space for 2

Cute property

The property is very convenient to Canal St, only steps away, very quiet, and perfect for a weekend getaway! It is nicely redone and very comfortable!

Lots of space, full kitchen

The apartment is great. Easy contactless check-in. It's a short drive to the beach, bars/restaurants, grocery, etc. For a longer stay it would benefit from a few more kitchen basics, but for a few days it's fine, and in any event there are plenty of good restaurants nearby.

Wonderful Little Gem

We were in NSB for my Father-in-laws 90th birthday ! At the last minute my friend had to cancel so I went by myself. I was a little nervous about staying by myself, but upon arrival, I met Kate the new owner…she was wonderful. The apart was clean and charming..close to all the fun on Canal Street right at your fingertips! It was perfect for my weekend getaway and I highly recommend it!

Excellent

When hurricane Ian devastated my home I needed a place to stay. I booked my reservation at this location and was so grateful I chose it. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and cozy. When the construction at my home stalled, Kate and her team were accommodating and so supportive. They checked in on me several times to see if I needed anything. It made a devastating experience bearable. The location is amazing, being right downtown, it is an easy walk to restaurants, shops and the park on the river. I highly recommend staying here if you get the chance.

Cute apt in a great location

Stayed for 3+ months while my new home was being built. Love the location - next to the Golden Biscuit which serves great affordable breakfasts and the Corkscrew, a big bar and restaurant with a nice patio. Great for walking - 2 blocks to the inter coastal waterway and the Saturday NSB Farmers Market. Lots of shopping within walking distance on Canal Street. The unit is in an older house that has been renovated, nice kitchen and great farm sink! Good size closet in the bedroom and a small nook with a little desk in it. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it. There is a longer flight of stairs up to the unit so be ready to climb them when coming and going, I actually believed they helped me get in shape which is a good thing :-). The owner was quite friendly and helpful and the property management team were pleasant to work with.

A Terrific Home Away From Home

Perfect size for the two of us. Updated bathroom and kitchen w the quirkiness of an old home. Comfortable furnishings. Great front porch perfect for sitting with a good book or for people watching. Wonderful location near shops and restaurants without excessive noise. Will be back !

NSB

After booking rate charged was doubled. Unsafe outside stairs. Broken curtain rod drapes piled on the floor. Refrigerator leaked. Dirty pillows. Uneven floors. No blackout curtains in bedroom. Broken toilet seat. Would not recommend this property.

We do apologize for the rod that had fallen before your check in. We did offer to fix right away. The other issues mentioned we were not aware of but they have now been remedied as we do take great pride in our properties.

Great stay in NSB!!

Had a great time in NSB! The property was clean and perfectly located to enjoy all of the restaurants and fun bars on Canal St. One thing I would improve is the convenience of check in. Having to drive over to the NSB realty office for both checkin and checkout could be simplified by putting a lock box at the property and then being able to leave the keys locked in the property at check out. Also, putting an iron and ironing board in the property would be nice, especially for travelers with wrinkled clothes! Just some constructive criticism, otherwise the property was perfect and I would stay again if we head back to NSB! Thanks for a great stay.
