Your home away from home in New Smyrna Beach with 2 bedrooms. This charming condo features 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, perfect for a cozy retreat. Enjoy the amazing living room with a comfy sofa bed for extra guests. With amenities like AC, heating, and WiFi, guests will feel right at home. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. Very short walk to two great restaurants, the Garlic and Norwood Restaurant & Treehouse bar/grill.

There is one exterior security device used as a safety device, monitoring guest safety, check-ins and check outs. Please be advised Audio is turned off during your stay.

We had a great stay! This is our second time staying at this complex. Apartment was clean, quiet, great location, everything was easy. We will be back!

Great visit! Excellent communication

We were there briefly for the holiday. Place was clean and well appointed. Bed was very comfortable and the coffee provided was a nice, and appreciated touch!

We were in NS for a wedding. property is a short walk to everything. quiet clean really cute, parking, and the host provided coffee and bottled water. highly recommend

10-day vacation

A very nice 2-bedroom condo in a quiet complex. The people living at the complex were very friendly. It's an easy walk-through a safe neighborhood to Flagler Avenue where many shops and restaurants are located. Two of NSB favorite restaurants (Norwood's and The Garlic) are a very short walk.

NSB stay

Overall we had a great stay in this condo. Had a little trouble accessing the unit because the code given wasn’t working until we figured out the # went at the end of the code not the beginning as we were told. Pretty clean and comfortable. Oven was not clean and there was a hodge podge of dishes/cookware available. But we made it work. Walking distance to some great restaurants but not the beach. That was a short 5 min drive. Pretty quiet overall even though it was New Year’s Eve. We did have a little smoke smell from time to time but was told it was the downstairs neighbor. Overall, great stay in this cute condo near the beach. Would stay again.
