Microwave and range hood don't work, crappy replacement on the counter. Totally unacceptable for a house rental. Dont look up or you will see black mold in the ceiling air ducts as well as several un-repaired leakage issues in the ceilings. Curtain rod across main slider fell down several times when trying to move fabric. No garage door openers, No code shared w/tricky operation, made it necessary to use 2 doors before leaving the property every time. Total Nuisance. Property management firm HORRIBLE and dont speak any English. Only 2.5 rolls of toilet paper were left, which ran out on Thursday when we switched to Paper Towels until Sunday. Kitchen was a huge disappointment. No dish towels (we used face cloths), no plastic wrap or aluminum foil. We spent $6 at Publix for 3 containers to pack food for the beach. (Your welcome). Only two garbage bags in the kitchen trash cans for 7 days. No extra left in the can. *Indication of a major plumbing issue, water pressure in both bathroom faucets and back hall toilet. Trickle is being kind. Unacceptable! TV remotes need batteries. Exhaust in second bath does not work. 4 adult bikes, 1 with a bubbled tube, 1 with handle bars that move, 1 with bent fender. Impossible to ride bikes together. Run like a flop house, vs investment property with what seems like absentee ownership.
