What A Great Home!

Enjoyed our stay at this awesome home! Great location, well-stocked, very clean and very cozy! Was exactly what we needed for our little fishing vacation/getaway. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location for Naval Base access, fun mature shade trees, comfortable beds, a place for our wee whaler boat. We liked making coffee with many options available. Very easy stay, relaxing. Very quiet neighborhood was great for sleeping. For my expectations it was 100% what we needed. Oh easy parking too!

Great Care and Consideration

The property was very clean and well furnished. The owner put great thought into taking care of couples that travel and need a nice place to rest. The neighborhood was great, the accommodations were helpful, and the stay was enjoyable and relaxing.

Family vacation

It was a very beautiful home. I loved sitting on the porch and drinking my coffee. The canal was nice to first as well. I will definitely stay again next summer.

Relaxing

We enjoyed our stay at this house very much. Having 2 couples in the house it was nice to have the 2 bathrooms. Everything was clean and nice. Very quiet and relaxing.

great location to hop on the highway over to north padre, close to grocery stores and mall which teens wanted to do - easy to communicate with host. overall great!

Awesome Canal Home

This was such a fantastic property!!! It was spacious, clean, and in a great location. The neighborhood was nice and the sea breezes all day long smelled wonderful. Dominick was a great host who communicated well and was easy to in touch with. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Corpus Christi.

Canal House Review

The property is very nice and clean. Great communication with the owner. He was very helpful. Location is private on a cul-de-sac. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within a few miles to suit anyone's needs. Beach, Padre Island, is a 5 minute drive.

Will be back

Great, clean house in a quiet neighborhood on the canal. Dominick is a great hostess and very responsive. We didn't cook there but the kitchen is well-stocked for cooking. We love that there are two ensuites and bunk beds for the kids. I visit Corpus often, and this is my favorite place that I've stayed so far. I will stay here again any time I can.

Family vacation

This was our first time renting a home for a vacation and the property and owner did not disappoint! The property was perfect for us- relaxing and casual. Any amenity we needed or would have needed was there. The ability to cook, make coffee, do laundry,play games ect was so great. Plenty of sleeping spaces for a family of 5. Having access to canal fish at night was fantastic and a few keeper fish were caught. Overall our stay was awesome and will look to book again when we trip to Corpus.

Hello Nicole, the lingering smell you're talking about is the bay/canal itself. Being right next to the water, you get all the smells that come along with being next to the water.

Nice property with everything you needed to have an enjoyable stay. On a quiet street with a lovely canal view. Property owner was the best I've dealt with. Promptly answered an inquiry no matter what time of day or night. Highly recommended to a small party.

Great Location!

We loved this house & will definitely be back. It has more than enough room for a family of 5. The location can’t be beat if you love the water/fishing. Adding entry rugs at the doors would be a plus to keep down on the sand/dirt.

Family reunion

Great place and location! Great host! Love to fish off the back deck. Very comfortable for elderly father, fiancé and son. The only draw back was just a little too many steps for dad. Had a wonderful time visiting family. Will be happy to rent again.

Quiet, clean location on the bay

Great location. Well built home…very quiet on the inside. Very clean. Extremely well-stocked. Large rooms. Outside by the bay was comfortable. Spent most of our time at the beach, just a few minutes drive.

Family trip.

The house is very nice. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and very relaxing. The beds were comfortable and nicely done. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.
