This brand-new 3BR retreat offers a relaxing Corpus Christi vacation. Positioned perfectly between shops, sights, and the beach, practically everything is no more than 10 minutes away. 3 Smart TVs showing ESPN+, Disney+, and Hulu! Keep your cars in fully fenced driveway and your pups in the large grassy yard.
**MAXIMUM occupancy is 9, including infants - no exceptions.**

This neighborhood is in the process of revitalizing; this newly built house is a primary example! Permit# 304686

Brand New Construction.

Entire house except of outdoor storage marked - owner`s closet.

Available anytime through phone, text or email.

Car

Security cameras are outside covering front and side driveway.
HOUSE RULES

Kindly note that failure to follow house rules will be considered a violation of your rental agreement and may result in immediate eviction from the property without a refund. You may also incur additional fees and costs.

Help us be good neighbors and hosts! When you decide to stay with us, please keep these requirements in mind:

- The booking guest must be 25 years of age or older.

- Parties, events, gatherings, or celebrations of any kind are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.

- Check-in starts at 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. We need time to prepare the home for our next guests and appreciate your prompt departure before or at 11:00 AM on the day of check-out.

- This home is non-smoking, including inside the home and any interior structures. There is a minimum $1,200 per day cleaning charge for smoking inside the home, plus any cost for smoke mitigation.

- Pet fee is $100 for up to 2 dogs. No exceptions.

- You agree to leave the property as you found it as far as furniture placement, inside and out, putting any games and amenities back where you found them, and picking up after your pets.

- Guest understands that if Guest does not follow the house rules or causes damage to the property, we can incur significant expense beyond the typical repair cost due to the nature of our business. These costs, plus a 20% management fee, will be charged to Guest, and Guest agrees to pay these charges.

We enjoyed out stay. Our dog had a nice yard. House was clean, almost new. Very nice design & layout. Would definitely stay again. We have booked a 2nd stay in one of ther owner's other properties next month. Great location for fishing the laguna madre, about 7 minutes to the Marker 37 Marina. Also, grab some yo go plates from Paul's seafood market just a few blocks away. Best freshest local seafood we had on the whole trip. Enjoy!

This host really thought of everything. Extremely clean, functional, cheerful decor. Drawers and shelves were labeled— LOVE that! Pretty much everything in the Corpus area is 20 min away from everything else and that's try case with this house. Is it in a fancy neighborhood? Nope. But it's safe and clean enough and very accessible. GREAT family stay.. or in our case, our work "family!"

Great house in Flour Bluff

Perfect house for our party of 7 and pet! Kid friendly and welcoming. Good location; close to stores and near the beaches. All amenities we needed for our stay were provided. Made for a great trip!

The house lived up to all of our expectations for our quick weekend in Corpus. House was clean, and well thought out. We had everything we needed. I would definitely book again and recommend.

We were in town for a soccer tournament and needed a place that would accommodate 3 adults and 1 child and this was perfect. It was quiet and spacious and the kitchen was well appointed. Our only note - as stated in the description - was that the neighborhood is still evolving. There were some loose dogs so I didn't feel totally comfortable going for my morning walk. But the house itself was a delight.

Home Away from Home

The house was extremely clean and well-organized...better than we could've imagined. The bottle of wine was a sweet touch and the fully equipped kitchen made for a very comfortable stay. The pantry had a decent amount of staple items and we definitely made use of the available card and other games for memorable game nights! Will try to stay here whenever in the area.

Perfect Home Away from Home

This is a beautiful home with all the amenities. Upon arriving, we noticed a sweet note with a bottle of wine which was a thoughtful touch! The house was tidy and efficiently arranged, with a good selection of essential items stocked in the pantry. The location is ideal, offering convenient access to various destinations of interest. We appreciated the closeness to Texas A&M Corpus Christi where our son plays baseball. We will stay here when we go back! I would highly recommend staying here!

We came to do a remodel of a kitchen. It was nice to be able to go there and relax and cook what we needed to cook for dinner and breakfast and all the real nice place. Thank you very much. We will definitely be coming back in two weeks and have the same place whenever we come down here that’s where I will go.

Wonderful Pick for

Loved this house! My husband and I love going to Port Aransas. This home was perfectly placed between Corpus and Port Aransas. We travel with dogs and they certainly had enough space to run around out back. Inside was very clean and had a great flow. The outdoor area was beautifully set up. The grill was dirty and wouldn't light, but that was the only thing that was a little disappointing. My husband and I ended up going to the Wal-Mart to buy a smaller grill to use. The owner was very great communication. I definitely would stay here again.

best location, awesome house, exactly as advertised. Would stay again.

The house is exactly as pictured. They include little extras. Things are labeled for where stored, had an info pic wall that had wifi, trash day, yard day, everything. In the best location. Minutes from stores and restaurants and 10 minutes from the beaches. Just perfect all the way around. Only thing i would add is a pull out bed/couch combo. Other than that. Awesome. Would stay again and probably will. As well as other family members.

Regarding your suggestion to add a pull out couch/combo, unfortunately the maximum occupancy allowed for this house under the city permit is eight, therefore we provide bedding/accomodations only for eight guests. Anything over could cause us to lose our permit. We look forward to hosting you again.

We loved it!

We enjoyed our stay. This properrty exceeded our expectations. Very clean, plenty of space for 6 adults. We moved our kids in at TAMUCC which was just 5 min drive away. Everything was labeled and the house rules and wifi code was incorporated into the decor of the home. Very clever. A welcome bottle of wine and note was waiting for us when we arrived. Fresh towels and extra blankets were available, We found some games in the closet which we enjoyed one evening. Close to grocery store and shopping. The only caution is the neighborhood is a little questionable, however I walked the block one morning with my coffee and had no concerns. We parked the cars behind the gate on the driveway. Enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Our stay after Christmas

The property is very comfortable and perfect for a family with a dog. The house is nicely decorated with a beach theme and the large fenced-in yard was great for our dog. We were appreciative of the supplies that were available when we arrived; everything from dish soap to coffee and snacks.

Beautiful home

My family really enjoyed our stay here. The home has been freshly remodeled and has a very open floor plan which we found very nice. The kitchen is stocked very well with everything you need to make a meal(minus groceries of course). The welcoming card, snacks and bottle of wine are a very nice touch! The front yard and backyard are fenced in and my dogs loved it. The only thing I feel that should be addressed are the ants in the grass especially if you are allergic so just be aware. Overall we enjoyed our weekend stay and would highly recommend this property.

Exceeded our expectations

Overall the experience was amazing! Keith was very communicative. The attention to detail at this property was exceptional. We honestly wanted to stay longer. We loved how welcomed and at home our kids felt. It was a great place to rest and recover. Would highly recommend!
