Lovely property, very well equiped and great location. Very good communication with host. On street parking needs clarification as you cannot park outside the property.Suggested improvement would be to provide outdoor seating in the shared courtyard but despite this no hesitation in recommending.

Perfect little Frenchie place

Loved it here! Would stay again. Lovely to park our rental car and walk to all the places. Centrally located to the cathedral and shops/food. No elevator and stairs to the floor with bedrooms but my parents did just fine with that.

Brilliant Bayeux and Normandy Visit

A very good, well located property that served our purposes excellently as a visiting motorcycle group of four but it has seen better days! We wanted a suitably located base from which we could visit the Normandy beaches and related WW2 museums / cemeteries along with other interesting sites locally such as the nearby Cathedral and the world famous Bayeux Tapestry; staying in Bayeux was perfect for doing all of this. However, it has to be said that whilst this property is basic, it is functional and secure; it is not luxurious so if that’s your requirement then find somewhere else.

A Fine Place in Bayeux

A very nice apartment that suited us well. We liked the location close to sites we wanted to visit. Parking was convenient but not free. Our hostess was helpful and prompt in meeting us.

Loved Bayeux!!

This was a roomy and comfortable place to stay. The location is great! They only provide one towel and and one hand towel for the number of people you specify will be staying there - no extras. Plus, you have to specify that you will use the pull out couch for them to provide linens for the pull out couch. I missed that in the email, so we were short, but we made do. There is no coffee maker, so if you are a coffee drinker, be prepared to drink instant coffee or go out for coffee. Aside from these details, we would certainly stay here again if visiting Bayeux.

Beautiful centrally located cottage

This a beautiful well equipped cottage in the centre of Bayeux. Very close to the tour bus pick up, restaurants and shopping.

Charming setting

The place has ample room for a family to find space and be very comfortable. The home is literally right at the tapestry and the amazing cathedral. A walk by the River was a welcome surprise.

Gîte Centré pour aller aux plages du débarquement de ste mère l'église à ouistreham et plus. A une trentaine de kilomètres du mémorial de Caen.
