It’s a great property for my wife and I see the opera. It’s convenient to downtown and to the opera. The accommodations are clean and everything‘s convenient and all utensils and things that we need to work provided. we stayed there several times and always had a great time.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location, near the Railyard, plaza and restaurants , in a quiet neighborhood. Place was very clean and nicely appointed. Yvette communicated very well. We liked the porch and view of trees, and overall layout. Price was good value. Would come again.

We had a wonderful time at this apartment in Santa Fe. The place was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Lovely, clean condo in santa fe. The host, Yvette Kay, thought of everything for a comfortable stay. 2 bathroom sinks & 2 toilets share a common shower. Very convenient for a couple or family. Soft sheets on the beds. The furnishings & balcony are nicely decorated. Yvette even had beverages waiting in the fridge upon arrival. Such a kind & thoughtful host. Highly recommend.

Really great rental. Clean and well kept. The retro styling was nice. We didn't use the washer and dryer, but that set is really good. Kitchen had the basics we needed. Nice area. No issues with parking. The screened in balcony is a real plus. You're close to a busy road, but with the doors closed it was quiet. The things we wanted to see were all very close. We'll rent here again if we visit Santa Fe again.

The host was very available and helpful. The accommodations were great for two single men. Kitchen had everything we needed for a quick meal and the decorative and functional amenities were terrific. Great location for getting to the plaza via short drive or longer walk.
