We had a great stay. The cabin was clean and organized. Everything that we needed for cooking and enjoying ourselves was provided. We really appreciated the extra touch with the Christmas tree and decorations. We would definitely recommend for a family get away.

The property is inviting to pets. Description ia a little misleading, it is located on 7 acres, but you have other rentals close by on the 7 acres. The one bedroom is unusable due to heavy mold/mildew smell. Beds were very comfortable. It seems like they are in the middle of remodeling. A nice surprise was tge addition of a pool table in the garage.

The house was very nice and decorated for Christmas. The only issues we had were the hot tub jets only worked on one side and there wasn't enough hot water get a proper bath in the garden tub. The hot water only filled half way up the tub before it ran out.

My family and I had a great time! The property is nice; a lot more space than I'd thought. The only issue was the mattresses were all uncomfortable, but for a two night stay we made it work. Definitely would stay again! Thank you guys!

The hot tub jets did not all work. Need more lights on front porch. No TV in one bedroom as was advertised. The legs on the table benches stuck out past the top causing several of us to stub our toes. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the open concept.

We stayed for an archery tournament we were attending at the college Ann the location was great for our need.We didn’t use any of the cooking equipment as we found it was easier to eat out because of our schedules but it was very well equipped if we weee to do so we would consider staying there again thank you for the the use of your property

Our team does salt and shovel the driveways of all our properties during inclement weather. If any further assistance or tools are needed we recommend that guests reach out to us directly, a member of our team would be happy to assist! The nature of the area is relatively hilly, and in inclement weather like snow and ice it can be harder to travel without 4WD. We recommend guests to keep an eye on weather and reach out with any concerns on travelling in the area! The listing for the property does also state that toiletries like toothpaste, shampoo, and conditioner are not provided. We also send out this information in the check-in message detailing what is included and what guests will need to bring. Once again, we appreciate you bringing these things to our attention so we can improve stays of future guests.

Nice quiet stay

Was a good stay to drive to see the hocking hills trails about 20-30 minutes away. We really liked the outdoor fire pit area. The place suited us just fine, nothing fancy, just good. We would stay here again. Was about 15-20 minutes from any small town so be prepared. Driveway was tough to get up in cars. Looked like it washed out some during the week.

Hocking Hills, Wayne National Forest, and Nelsonville stole our hearts. We have been avid outdoor lovers all our lives. We have been investing in Nelsonville since 2013 and we plan to keep helping grow the community for many years to come! We quickly fell in love with this quaint town and the people. We have grown up in nearby towns and attended Ohio University. This isn't just a vacation rental destination for us, this is our home. Watching our town and home grow has been a beautiful experience.
