Excellent choice

Best Vrbo we have ever stayed in. Highly recommended. Pool and movie theater the best. Only downside is noise from airport but diminshed when all doors are closed.

Great location - close to the Town Square and the Strip

Ideal place for our group of 4 to stay for business. Huge kitchen and common areas. Heated pool and self playing piano, basic gym equipment. Great office with a printer that saved us time Loved everything. James was a very good host. Had easy and efficient communication. Will try to book again for the summer

Mostly excellent—but significant WiFi issues

The property is spectacular, great location for both Vegas and desert sightseeing. The owner stocks the fridge with beverages and provides every kitchen amenity. But given its outward magnificence and its price, we would have expected more from some of the mechanical systems. Most significantly, the Wi-Fi was incredibly unstable and for the last three days totally unavailable. That meant we could not work from the property or use the televisions which were all Internet dependent. The host was immediately responsive when we asked for WiFi help, but ultimately unable to fix it. Little things also contributed to a less than excellent rating. Quite a few lights needed their bulbs replaced so that there were dark areas of the house. The household HVAC and lighting systems were complex and didn’t seem to work properly— written instructions would have been helpful. There were zones of the house that were freezing and did not respond when we tried to adjust the temperatures so just turned off the AC in those zones. Really this property is so close to a five star rating – the owners just need to step it up a little.

Wonderful

Everything was perfect. From check in to check out, everything was great. House is beautiful, kitchen well equipped, plenty of towels, plenty of space. It's a gem.

Absolutely gorgeous home minutes from the strip

This house is simply breathtaking. The photos and videos don’t so it justice. It’s also in a perfect quiet and gated location, 10 mins away from the airport and 15-20 mins away from the strip. Jimmy was very responsive and accomodating. We felt welcomed and taken care of. Highly recommend!

Amazing!

This home is amazing, the pictures make it look great and it is even better in person. We were looking for a place we could stay while in town for business for a week, wanted a place that had plenty of room and space to gather as a group but also have some space and privacy as well and this place more than delivered! The house was immaculate and loaded with amenities. The gathering room and bar area was a great spot to hang out after a day of work where we could all be together but not on top of each other. The kitchen is huge and makes cooking for a group a breeze. The outdoor grill, back yard, sitting area and swimming pool was also a great place to gather and chill. Such a beautiful home, very comfortable, every bedroom has it's own bathroom which is perfect when staying with couples. The master suite is stunning with room for a whole family if needed. We couldn't be happier with our stay there, I can't say enough good things about this place, it is seriously that great! We will definitely be staying there next time we are in town for more than a day or two! Communication with the property manager was great with very quick responses, he made sure we were happy and had what we needed and answered any questions very quickly. Overall the whole experience from booking, staying and communication was an 11 out of 10!!

Great getaway home

Great home. I live in Vegas and rented this property to accommodate a large group of friends coming out to celebrate a birthday. Place was clean and Jimmy the property manager was kind enough to stock the house with basics before our arrival. Home is also fully stocked with plates, utensils, cooking ware, spices, etc, which is not always the case; so a great benefit. Very easy access and it is close to airport. Plenty of space for a large group and pool is wonderful for hanging out with everyone. Would stay here again in future for sure.
