Casita H - 2 Bed, 2 Bath

This vacation rental is one of our most popular casitas. With two bedrooms and two baths, it'll make a family vacation come true! (approx. 950 square feet) Both bedrooms have queen-size beds, and there is also a queen-size pull-out sofa in the den, making it perfect for families up to six! The kitchen has a small dining room table for four people, plus a breakfast bar with two bar stools. The living area and kitchen spill into one another, making it easy to visit with one another. It has all the authentic touches -- a kiva fireplace, saltillo tile, and hardwood floors. But it has also been skillfully updated to provide you with all the modern conveniences, including cable TV, laundry facilities, a full kitchen, air conditioning, and complimentary high-speed Internet access. This casita boasts a large enclosed patio that is ideal for an outdoor evening on a mild summer night. This is our only casita that is not pet-friendly. We do not allow pets in here and try to keep it especially for those with severe

allergies.

These Casa's were built in the 50's I believe so don't expect a hotel like room. What you can expect is a quiet place with freedom to move about, a great location within walking distance to most everything you are looking to do in Santa Fe. 4 Adults stayed comfortably in the Casa and the outdoor space is a nice plus for visiting and enjoying the Santa Fe weather in September. Would certainly book this stay again.

The Casita was very cute. The kitchen is well stocked. There are plenty of towels and linens. The beds are comfortable, although the sleeper sofa is somewhat less so. The Casita is small. There were 3 of us and it would be a bit tight to have a larger group. It was great to have two bathrooms. Note that the second bathroom is very small, with a very small shower. It's a short walk to the plaza, and the area is quiet. Overall, a good place to stay.

Great location to enjoy Santa Fe

Enjoyed the art galleries on Canyon Rd, the plaza and attending a concert at the Santa Fe Opera house.

Great location, cozy & comfortable

We spent 2 weeks in Casita H. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location could not be better. Off street parking, could walk to the Plaza, shops, restaurants, farmer’s market, etc. But also only a couple of blocks from the main road to get to cultural, historical and outdoor activities outside of Santa Fe. Would definitely stay again.

Highly recommend this VRBO. Close to downtown. Very comfortable Casita! Private parking. Many great restaurants within minutes of Casita. Will definately book on our next getaway to Santa Fe! Do not hesitate for your stay….

Adorable and a great location!

We absolutely loved this spot. It was perfect for our family of 4. The only complaint is the condition of the pans to cook with. Scratched up teflon is not the best, but other than that, it's a win if you're looking for something that feels like Santa Fe and is close to shops and restaurants!

This casita was perfect for our large family and the location was conveniently downtown. They had everything we needed in the home, which helped make our stay more relaxing. As our plans for travel evolved Mary Ann was extremely accommodating and always available for assistance.

Wonderful experience

We stayed at Casita H with another couple. Maryann contacted me beforehand to be sure I knew how to check in and was next door when I got there. The place was perfect for two couples. Anticipated all our needs and was a fantastic location close to the plaza. Cute and comfy!

Fantastic stay in Casita H! Definitely home away from home and we wanted to stay longer. Everything we needed was provided and the space was perfect for a small 3 generation family vacation. Parking right in front of the unit was very convenient and the location was walkable to everything in the downtown area; short drive to museum hill. What a find. Great location. Accommodated my family of 5 comfortably. Our casita for the week had all the amenities you would have in your own home. Easy access to shopping, dinnng, down town and ski resort. Our Spring Break casita was perfect. We hope to rent it again in the future.

This small but efficient unit is walking distance to so many "must see" places in Santa Fe, lots of great restaurants close by too. The unit could use a little updating, but still a good place to stay.

This is a great area to rent. Standalone casita with patio for a little privacy. Nicely equipped kitchen. You can walk to Plaza, it is just under half a mile but there are several nice casual places to eat around the corner so if you did not want to trek downtown for a meal you did not have to

Fantastic location, comfortable and cozy casita.

Everything was pretty much as described and expected. The walk to the plaza is a little longer than 2 blocks, but easily walkable. All communications with the owner were quick and easy. The casita is cute and comfortable and neighborhood was nice and felt safe. I wouldn't hesitate to rent the casita again. Loved Santa Fe and hope to get back soon -- maybe when it is a bit cooler!

Awesome location! The Plaza is just down the street. Parking awesome. Casita was great for 4 adults. Might be a bit crowded if the other 2 girls would have come. Other than the refrigerator not having ice or water everything was great. Would definitely stay again or at any of Mary Ann's properties. She is awesome to work with!! Great trip!!!

Supreme Santa Fe Casita

An absolutely darling Casita located right in the center of the Santa Fe Plaza. Quaint, comfortable and just the GREATEST locatin. Walking to all shops and reataruants. Clean, very well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable beds and plenty of HOT water. Mary Ann went above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. Mary Ann even contacted us prior our arrival to make sure we had dirctions and to let us know we could check in early. The Casita was the icing on the cake to make our stay in Santa Fe perfect. We would stay here in a heartbeat.

Cozy, well located taste of Santa Fe

We loved this casita. Very comfortable with two nice size bedrooms. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Perfect for a girls weekend. Mary Ann ensured our arrival and comfort expectations were met. Easy walk to the Railyard and Thomasita’s for wonderful food and margaritas . Then the next night very easy walk to the Plaza to see the Christmas lights.. We hope this casita is available for our next sojourn in Santa Fe. We will return.

Our stay on this property was the best time ever. The casita was in the perfect location to everything. The plaza had tons of restaurants , museums, and shopping. We did not need the car at all. Inside was clean with all the comforts of home. The beds were comfortable. It was nice not having to share a bath. There was everything you needed to make a meal . and the washer and dryer was an added bonus.

Hi! My name is Mary Ann and I'm the property manager for Casas de Guadalupe. I began working in the hospitality industry after graduating with a Finance degree from UNM. After 20 years in the industry, my brother in law, Doug and two of his friends had purchased these properties. Doug was living on site and asked me to come and take a look at them. When I came out to Santa Fe to take a look at these casitas, I fell in love with them. 10 darling vacation rentals, all within the same complex, just off the plaza...what sales person could resist!! Come and experience the friendly people, the fantastic restaurants, museums and shops, and best of all the outdoor activities in and around Santa Fe!

Casita H is a great property for family and friends. The kitchen and den spill into one another making it easy to visit with your guests. The kitchen is easy to maneuver and has everything necessary to prepare a delicious meal (or warm up your delicious left overs from earlier in the day!). Enjoy the kiva fireplace on those cool evening. Two bedrooms and two full baths. Both bedrooms have queen size beds, each with their own bathroom. Extended stay guests can enjoy their own washer/dryer. Private outdoor patio perfect for an early morning cup of coffee, or a glass of wine in the evenings.

Parking is easy and steps away from the front door. Walk to the plaza and enjoy all our shops, restaurants, museums and much, much more!

This property is located just off of Guadalupe which is one of the main streets that borders the Plaza. Once you cross Guadalupe, you will see lots of shops, restaurants and museums. Park is a very quiet street just off the beaten path. You can enjoy a day at the plaza, walk back to the casita and enjoy a quiet night on the patio. Or take a little walk to any of the nearby restaurants in the area. If you don’t feel like eating out, there are several grocery stores in the area. The kitchen is fully equipped making it easy to whip up a delicious meal of your very own!
