Enjoy a first-class Santa Fe experience in the heart of town at Casa del Sol. This beautifully restored 1930s adobe is ideally located for easy walking to the Plaza, Canyon Road, museums, and the Railyard District, offering the perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort.

Thoughtfully designed and newly refreshed, the home features luxury beds and bedding, blackout shades in both bedrooms for restful sleep, TVs in both bedrooms, and stylish Southwestern details throughout. Skylights bathe the space in natural light, while A/C, a cozy gas fireplace, high-speed WiFi, and three TVs with 185 channels and Netflix ensure comfort year-round. The fully equipped, high-end kitchen includes all cooking essentials, wine glasses, spices, and a complimentary basket of teas, coffee, and pantry staples. A full-size washer and dryer add everyday convenience.

What truly sets Casa del Sol apart is the newly renovated, completely PRIVATE outdoor space—a serene oasis designed just for you. This is a wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee, curl up with a book, share a glass of wine in the evening, or BBQ dinner under the Santa Fe sky. The private yard features a firepit, BBQ grill, water feature, and both sitting and dining areas, creating an inviting extension of the home.

Inside, the house exudes authentic Santa Fe character with wooden vigas beams and refinished polished diamond plaster walls. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, desk work space, 55" TV, and blackout shades. The second bedroom features two twin beds (convertible to a king upon request), its own TV, and blackout shades as well. The spacious private bathroom includes a towel warmer and full-size washer and dryer. The living room invites you to relax by the gas fireplace on a luxurious sofa, with a 50" smart TV for movie nights. A cozy dining area comfortably seats six.

The house was in the perfect location and super clean. It had a washer and dryer, a towel warmer, a fantastic back yard and comfy beds. The bathroom had cool tile. Loved the living space with the den open to the kitchen.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! A perfect location for nice, easy stollls to the Plaza and various restaurants and markets. We had a slight issue with one of the twin beds. The response was almost immediate. Even thought I managed to fix the issue myself, she was prepared to take care of it quickly.

Great location

This place was perfect for my two friends and I for a "girls weekend" in Santa Fe. We walked to most places -- close to the Plaza. We sat in the backyard a bit -- we slept great in the quiet neighborhood. We found coffee close by. Nice decor and very clean.

Wonderful Location For Sights Around the Plaza

We enjoyed our 3-night stay at this cozy two-bedroom bungalow nestled in a quiet neighborhood just blocks from the Plaza. Since there were four of us siblings, one of us slept on the sofa bed in the living room, which was fine. Bathroom had a lovely skylight which made it seem larger and bright and airy. We only used the kitchen to prepare coffee and tea, which the host provided, which was an added plus. Rooms were tastefully appointed with nice, crisp linens and easy to operate blinds. Lots of seating options and a comfy sofa. Parking was a bit of a challenge as a black truck had taken up much of the space in front of the home the duration of our stay, however, not an “issue” for us. We LOVED the convenience of this home’s outstanding location to sights, bakeries, and the plaza. We would stay again!

The house was very nice, clean, and quiet. It is close walk to downtown. It has a great inner courtyard to hang out in. I would definitely stay there again. Everything worked, there was 0 hassle with check-in and out. And unlike most places, they let you in early at 3:00, and you can stay until 11 before you have to leave.

Excellent and easy to walk everywhere

The property was perfect for our family —it was comfortable and we could walk everywhere. We were next to some great restaurants and a 4min drive from the main plaza. But the kitchen was clean and had all the cookie materials. The shower was easy.

Great Santa Fe location

Had a great time in this cozy home. Our family of four was in town celebrating a wedding and this was the perfect spot. Easy walk to the plaza so we didn’t have to deal w/ driving & parking.

Magical stay!

Thank you for a great trip. It's a terrific house and the location is just right for easy walks into town and home at night after dinners out. Private, quiet, cozy - lovely furnishings and well-equipped for everyone. (The extra heater in the bathroom was a treat as it was still wintery during our visit - but we were quite warm.) A few tour books on the shelf were helpful as well. We can't wait to come back!
