End of Summer Fun

This was one of our favorite properties in LBTS! It was very spacious and clean. The furniture and beds were comfortable! Communication was easy with Chris. Check in was a breeze. The kitchen was also well stocked. We loved having an ice maker for making ice cream!

We had an absolutely fantastic time. The penthouse was even more beautiful, well equipped and comfortable than described. The grounds, including 2 pools are beautiful and very well maintained. The ocean view is stunning from the balcony. The ocean water was warm with just the right amount of waves to body surf a little. WE LOVED IT.

We loved our stay! The condo was spacious and clean and comfortable! It was a great gathering place for dinner with the grandkids! They loved the extra games the owner had and the extra beach towels! The pool and beach were very nice! Can’t wait to do it again next year!

This is a great property. Clean, spacious condo. Beautiful veranda with ocean/pool view. Just a short walk to the beach/pool. Great location, part of Litchfield by the sea community. Have vacationed at same property last two years!

Loved our time away and the condo was extremely roomy as well as welcoming. We had a small issue with the AC of which I was able to fix. We had a lot of relaxing time on the balcony with a great breeze. Pools were fantastic as well as beach time.

Fabulous condo

My extended family checked out of this property yesterday and we hated to leave. Finest condo we have stayed in at Pawleys Island and we go every year. Super clean, very well stocked , great location and view. We almost lived on the covered deck with such comfortable chairs. Chris, the host was very responsive to my inquiries and we hope to contact him about staying there next year.Tim M.

Property was nice but how we were treated by the owner with the issues we were having was completely frustrating and it ruined half of our stay. VRBO's contribution towards helping was useless, meaningless, and worthless. Worst VRBO stay ever.

Fabulous Stay

This is our second year staying here. It is so pleasant! I love the fact that there is indoor and outdoor seating for all the people the unit can hold! Love the coffee/wet bar area.

Amazing place

We returned to this condo again this year after an amazing stay last year. Unfortunately the storm cut our stay short but the condo and location were still perfect and Chis could not have been more helpful and accommodating to try and make the best of it due to the storm. Ideal location and so roomy with all the comforts you can ask for- definitely recommend and hope to return again next year

Super experience

Large four bedroom property with large open floor plan.. Excellent location on a clean large beach. Great pool and hot tub along with kiddy pool. All you could ask for a great family vacation.

Great location and 5th floor balcony views of both the beach and sunsets. Easy access to the beach. Excellent living room / kitchen / service bar layout for living and entertaining. Building common areas and condo kept very clean.

Girls Weekend

Truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. It did not seem as if we were in a condo at all. It was very spacious and the deck is large with a great view of the ocean. Everyone enjoyed their stay and we would definitely rent again without hesitation.
