Family beach fun

Fantastic stay! This condo is well equipped and very comfortable with lovely furnishings- one of the best in Lithchfield by the Sea! Will definitely book again!

Excellent!

The condo was exactly as described. Well appointed with everything you would need. Even plenty of beach towels, games, books, ect. Kitchen had absolutely everything you could need. The best feature is the huge covered porch.

Fabulous Stay

This is our second year staying here. It is so pleasant! I love the fact that there is indoor and outdoor seating for all the people the unit can hold! Love the coffee/wet bar area.

Amazing place

We returned to this condo again this year after an amazing stay last year. Unfortunately the storm cut our stay short but the condo and location were still perfect and Chis could not have been more helpful and accommodating to try and make the best of it due to the storm. Ideal location and so roomy with all the comforts you can ask for- definitely recommend and hope to return again next year

Super experience

Large four bedroom property with large open floor plan.. Excellent location on a clean large beach. Great pool and hot tub along with kiddy pool. All you could ask for a great family vacation.

Great location and 5th floor balcony views of both the beach and sunsets. Easy access to the beach. Excellent living room / kitchen / service bar layout for living and entertaining. Building common areas and condo kept very clean.

Girls Weekend

Truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. It did not seem as if we were in a condo at all. It was very spacious and the deck is large with a great view of the ocean. Everyone enjoyed their stay and we would definitely rent again without hesitation.

Wedding Week

Arrived to a well maintained open spaced beach condo with an amazing view of the ocean and beach below!! My wife, daughter and son-in-law enjoyed our stay. Wife and daughter made most of beach, immaculate pools and nearby shopping. Son-in-law and I enjoyed multiple rounds of golf at close by courses. An awesome location with on site amenities, walk and bike paths, tennis courts, etc will be returning for future visits to the South Carolina coast. P.S. … close to Franks and Bistro 217 for awesome dinners!!!

Mother-Daughter Trip with a few Friends!

Amazing property. Beautiful view of the ocean. Everything you can think of in the unit - beach towels, puzzles, games, kids toys, great kitchen, wonderful coffee/wet bar. I loved that there was plenty of inside and outside seating. Also, for 2 folks who had mobility issues - this unit is near the elevator and a straight shot down to 2 pools and the ramp to the ocean! We are coming back!

Can’t explain how perfect this condo was- roomy with large family room and big ocean view balcony. Chris made this incredibly easy! My first experience with VRBO so I had many questions and worries but it was all for naught given how easy he made it! Will definitely return here next year. Thanks Chris!!!

Excellent stay and great host

Property in great condition and as advertised, a few things that may not be obvious from the posting that could be helpful: - Condo layout is spacious and group/family friendly. Two bedrooms have private access to bathrooms with another two bedrooms sharing a bathroom in the middle, which is perfect for families - The condo has a great water view without facing directly to the east, meaning you are NOT woken up by sun beaming into your rooms at 5am. This is a big benefit - you also get good views of the horizon / sunset in the evening - The deck is massive and shaded most of the day, which is nice for cocktail hour, getting a break from the sun, etc. - The condo has a storage shed in the parking lot next to the parking space (which is directly by the elevator and covered), well stocked with chairs, umbrella, toys, etc. and about as close to the beach/pool access as you can get - If you have never been to Litchfield/Pawleys, the Litchfield resort has great amenities including pools, tennis courts, gym, etc and is right across the street from the grocery store, liquor store, and minutes from Murrell's Inlet which has plenty of good restaurants. - Everything functional and stocked - Litchfield does not have the Myrtle Beach "vibe" and even during busy season, plenty of space on the beach, quiet, family friendly, and self-contained / private - Only constructive feedback - some of the furnishings are a little dated / have some wear Would stay in this condo again!
