I truly enjoyed my stay here. This VRBO is actually what stays should be like. This VRBO was stocked with extra towels, blankets, coffee, tea, cooking supplies, and even spices. I feel like most hosts are getting really cheap, and it shows. I would 100% stay here again. So impressed!

Really enjoyed our stay. The property was super clean, beautifully furnished and had a great layout. The kitchen had everything we needed, as did the unit, including ironing board, iron, hairdryer, coffee maker, etc. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located. While there was off street parking, it was a narrow driveway ... smaller car would be best. We would definitely book this unit again. Many thanks to our hosts.

Very clean and tastefully decorated apartment, perfect for multiple day stay for a couple. We held a dinner party for 7 comfortably as well. Driveway is very skinny and steep, We kept our car at the top entrance without issue.

Although I expected the house to be closer to Lake Merritt, it was convenient access to freeway and downtown Oakland. The house was equipped with everything I needed and the host was responsive to any questions I had.

Great water pressure, lovely rooms, wonderful back patio, everything you need to cook, plenty of linens, beautiful outside foliage, quiet neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants.

What a GEM! The apartment is so cute and cozy with all the amenities you need! The bed was SO comfortable!The locations is killer, super close to the lake and lots of places to explore! Wonderful, friendly and communicative hosts. We have family very close by and would absolutely stay here again!

Geuinely a great stay

Extremely clean with all provided house supplies easy to locate. Having access to the driveway was really great for avoiding street parking. Also it's a great place to stay if you have little ones they provide small basic furnitures like high chairs and stools.

Comfortable stay in Oakland

The home was nicely arranged wit whatever we needed for our stay. Nice touch was creamer and coffee for first day or two of coffee which many hosts don't have available

Great location, great space!

We enjoyed 5 days in this spacious apartment within walking distance of Lake Merritt. The neighborhood is quiet and parking is available. The kitchen had everything we needed and the courtyard offered lovely space to relax in the afternoon sun. Karina was very responsive and check-in and out instructions were clear and concise. Comfortable home walkable from lake Merritt and restaurants along Lakeshore and Grand Ave. Karina was responsive and flexible, and the check-in process was smooth.

Comfortable and convenient

Very nice and it was easy to walk to Lake Merritt. I did not rent a car and found it relatively easy to get public transit, including the train to SF. Host very nice and responsive.

Karina's apartment near Lake Merritt, Oakland, is clean, charming, spacious, functional, well equipped, comfortable, and centrally located in East Bay. Karina is highly responsive and works with tenants to accommodate their needs. A great stay!

Cousins Reunion

I was very pleased with the proximity of this place to where my cousins live (there are plenty of nearby restaurants, so we ate out). The best part was being able to do laundry as I had another week of traveling!

Great stay, beautiful rental

This rental went above and beyond expectations. The decor, fixtures, furniture etc was all really nice. The neighborhood is quiet and centrally located. Owner is super nice and accommodating, and price is affordable.
