Property was as described. The host gave clear instructions before our arrival and someone was on hand at arrival and departure, to hand over keys etc. The facilities were good and the apartment was clean and well equipped. We were very happy with the accommodation and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.We have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Great apartment in a quiet neighbourhood

The apartment is nice, better than the pictures shown, with AC in all rooms including the bathrooms. It is bright and airy, and doesn’t get too hot. There are no dishwasher so you have to do the dishes the old fashioned way. We found only French TV channels. WiFi has good capacity. The garage is good, but you have to be a good driver to wiggle in and out. The drawback with this urbanizacion is that there are just one restaurant and a small mini market close by. There is a bus stop with connection to the centre of Guaradamar. We didn’t use the pool area, but it seems fresh and not too crowded. I recommend Nathalie’s place.

Lovely Apartment

We were very late because of a missed flight but Veronique was very accommodating. The language barrier was a little difficult but we managed. Our only criticism and it is not really a criticism would be that we did not have a full address to give the taxi driver but again he was very helpful in ringing Veronique for us. Also a welcome pack would have been appreciated because we had no supplies until after 10 the next morning when the supermarket opened. We would have happily paid extra.
