The villa is brilliant -very modern and ideal for a family to stay in. Air conditioning in all rooms and very effective. One of the bedrooms and bathrooms is downstairs which was great for one of our party who has some mobility issues. The bedroom are all very generous in size and all of the furniture in modern and in good condition. The kitchen is well equipped. The roof terrace is a great bonus - the area around the pool loses the sun late afternoon but the roof has the sun into the evening. The pool is great. It's not big but is quite deep so you are able to swim from end to end without the shallow-end being a problem. The location is good - it's about a 15 minute walk to the local Aldi or 25 minutes to Villa Martin plaza where there is a good little shop and lots of choice for food. The only issue we had was a very noisy neighbour to the rear of the property. Most afternoons we were subjected to very loud music. Then in the evening the music (not quite as loud as it was in the afternoon but still loud enough to hear throughout the house with the windows closed and shutters down) and loud talking carried on until 3-4am in the morning. This was such as shame as it has made us consider whether we would stay again and is not really something the owner can control (hence me giving the villa a high rating). We had an issue with the pool not being cleaned but that was resolved quickly when we requested it.
