Great location to access St. Pete and Gulfport -- two great towns. We stayed for a month (February). It's dog friendly and nice neighbors. There's traffic around the building, so its not a place you meander around -- no shops, or coffee bars. Area is residential. However, a short ride in your car places you in the heart of things.
The apartment is roomy, has a nice kitchen, and comfortable beds. The hard tile floor can get slippery when you bring in sand or soil. So keep it well swept. It's easy to do, however you might consider taking off your shoes and changing to slippers when you get in -- especially if you've been to the beach.
In all, it was a good stay.
