Awesome place!

We needed a unexpected last minute place to stay for a few days while a family member was hospitalized out of town. This place was great and the host were awesome as well.

Just what we were looking for!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed stayed at this property over the Holidays!! We stayed here with our dogs and felt very welcomed. The owners were extremely helpful and checked in with us when we got there as well as when we were leaving to make sure we didn’t need anything. This property was exactly what we were looking for!

Quiet, clean house near recreational area

Stayed with toddler for a few nights for a wedding. Very clean and good amenities.

Nice but better communication needed

Not as clean as we expected but not filthy either. Major communications issues re. trash bin pick up and the bed linens. Two different stories told about the bed linens: one that they’re professionally cleaned and another that we were to put a load in for the cleaning crew to dry and put back on the beds. I don’t think the dirty washing machine is sufficient for sterilization of shared bed linens and towels! Also, we requested an extension on the stay and were told we could have it then didn’t get a reply for a while when I asked to pay for the extension. The next morning I awake to a message that I can’t extend because the property was booked on another platform and “computers make mistakes”. Well, the party who booked on the other platform should’ve been told “computers make mistakes”! We were near my parents to help my dad with my mom who has Alzheimer’s and had to move out Sunday morning at 10 am drive around for 5 hours with two pets to a home much further away! We didn’t know we would need the rental for 3 weeks but our closing date for our home purchase got delayed. It was nice to be able to get to my parents’ house in 10 minutes and now it’s 30 minutes. I felt like the owners have or had good intentions but for some reason just didn’t care that we were put out due to a “computer mistake”. Even though we are further from my parents right now; the new home we rented is much cleaner and has new furniture and professionally cleaned linens and towels and the owner is extremely responsive and seems to care about us. We are much happier with this new home but wish it was closer to my parents. It’s hard for my mom to understand why we’re further away now and that is sad!

Nice house with plenty of room, clean & good communication

Nice clean home with plenty of space. Close to Lakepoint which made baseball games easy to get to. Hosts were very prompt to reply & helpful with any questions.

Pleasant stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood not too far from I75. It was clean, spacious and had all the necessities. When we had an issue, the owner was quick to respond. I would definitely return to this property if we find ourself back in the area again.

Home Away from Home

My husband and I stayed at this lovely house for six weeks while our home was being renovated. We couldn’t have asked for a more pleasurable experience! The house was furnished very tastefully, with very comfy beds, three large screen TVs, and a fully stocked kitchen. The linens were all high quality and plentiful. We enjoyed listening to the frogs on a nice deck in the evenings while enjoying a glass of wine! The house is located in a quiet little tree lined neighborhood. The hosts were very helpful and attentive to any little need. We were able to totally relax and enjoy our stay until our home was finished. I highly recommend this house and the “super hosts” who own it! I must admit that I miss hearing the frogs in the back and the beautiful fig tree that hugged the deck! Thanks to Shelia and Kurt for their hospitality!

Great spot

We were in town for my nephew’s wedding and this was the perfect house for the occasion. It was a great lay out and very clean. Kurt and Shelia were wonderful hosts. Thanks for a great experience!

A Beautiful Property.

My family stayed in this well appointed and beautiful home while visiting for a baseball tournament. It was perfect and we especially loved the quiet neighborhood, outdoor patio, fantastic smart TVs, WiFi, and amazing memory foam mattresses. The property managers were amazingly attentive and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to the area!

Cute cozy home

We came to Georgia for my brothers 50th birthday and found this cute cozy home as an alternative for a hotel room. The owners were so easy to talk to and were very quick to get back to is with any questions. Its in a great neighborhood. The house was super clean and bed were comfy. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need. It was truly a home away from home.
