Allatoona Lake House with Dock

The Lake House is a fantastic place to spend time with family and friends. It was recently remodeled and has 4 bedrooms, a loft, 2.5 bathrooms, sleeps 12, with 2,950 sq ft of living space. The dock is a 5 min walk down an easy path. The dock is on the lake at Clark Creek in a peaceful no wake area, ideal for swimming & boating.

We make a special effort to keep the house in excellent condition and fully stocked with everything you might need.

The Lake Point Sporting Center baseball park is only 7 miles from this lake house, a 13 min drive.

The dock is located about 1,800 feet from property along an easily followed trail through Army Corps of Engineer's Land, it takes about 5 mins to walk from the house to the dock.

Keep your boat at the dock, rent our 24’ Pontoon that seats 10, rent a boat from the local Marina’s, or you can rent our Yamaha WaveRunner Jet Ski. We keep Kayaks & Paddles at the dock for your enjoyment. We also have water skis, surf boards, a paddle board, a large towable tube, ropes, & life jackets for your enjoyment at no additional cost.

The house is furnished with two king beds, one queen bed, two sets of bunks, two twin daybeds, two full daybeds, and it sleeps 12. The kitchen is fully equipped, we provide cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, & dryer sheets. The living room has a 65” LED TV with GREAT Wi-Fi @ 800 Mbps. We have a 55” LED TV on the back patio & another 55” LED TV down stairs which is great for movies and gaming.

We have a Sonos speaker system throughout the house that allows you to play your music. Surround sound in the living room, speakers on the back patio, & more down stairs in the gaming room.

IMPORTANT - The house is NOT set up for large gatherings, 12 is the maximum number of overnight guests allowed at the house at anytime. Please remember this is NOT a party house!

The driveway has room for 5 cars, street parking is a problem and is not allowed so please be sure to keep cars off the street and off the neighbors property. Please do not block the street.

Do not leave trash on the lake property - we provide trash cans at the house and trash bags for your use. Please help us protect and preserve the lake!

Me and my family stayed here for our family vacation and it was a great stay. The home is beautiful and provides all you could need. The lake is stunning and the neighborhood is peaceful. I hightly recommend this if available.

We loved our stay at John’s lake house—it was perfect for our family while we were in Dallas for a wedding. The house had plenty of space for five adults and four kids (ages 5–7), and the yard was great for the little ones to run around. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe, and getting to the lake was super easy. Communication with John was smooth from start to finish, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable—which isn’t always the case with rentals! We’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area.

Overall, we had a great experience! Beautiful area, about a 10 minute walk to the water, all the neighbors are super nice and there was plenty of space for everyone! My only complaint is the floors could’ve been a bit cleaner, we all had black feet after about an hour of being there. Easily solved with slippers or socks, and everything else was lovely!

A fantastic stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything you might need and then some. We loved our time at the lake and the golf cart made access super easy. John was so responsive and helpful! Will stay again in the future!12 min to Lake point and you can avoid the highway made this a PERFECT option for baseball families!

We drove from South Florida to attend my nephew's wedding, and the house was perfect for 10 of us. Three separate seating/TV viewing areas, a covered front porch for reading, back deck with grill and smoker was perfect for entertaining and meals. The house is fully equipped with paper towels, zip lock bags, laundry detergent, grilling supplies, spices and olive oil. Owner very responsive and check-in was easy. Beds have top quality sheets and comforters and are super comfortable. . House is in a quiet location, but close to an Ingles (5 minutes). Most afternoons we walked to the lake for a swim off the dock, to fish (fishing poles provided) and feed the ducks and enjoy the sunset.Highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again, our extended family had an amazing time.

We were a group of 6 traveling to Atlanta for a week-long sports event, and this property was ideal location, and size for us. Great communication from the Host from pre-arrival, to during the stay, and the day of check out. Very clean, well kept, beautiful appointed property. All the details and photos in the listing, is exactly what you get. The Property Rules book on Living Room TV stand, is very clear and easy to understand and follow. Great quality furniture, fully stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, pillows and bedding, multiple sonos speakers and TVs around the house serene and quiet neighborhood, and right on the lake, lots of parking, high speed wifi. We had bad weather 4 out of 6 days, so didn't get a chance to enjoy the lake, but it looked beautiful even during the storms.We had a wonderful stay, and 0 issues. Thank you for being a great host, John. We will surely be staying at your beautiful property in the near future. Much love!!

Great lake home

Great location - walk to the lake, close to 75 and so many places and things to do. All we needed to bring was ourselves and food, everything else provided in abundance. Plenty of room in the house and a huge yard for the kids to run and play. Very safe and peaceful location. John's service was impeccable!

One of the best VRBOs I’ve ever stayed!

First let me say that the communication with John was excellent. Even before I booked the place he answered some questions I had and even sent me a detail booklet on the property. Next, the house was super clean down to baseboard and cupboards! The dock is super close but they even let us use their golf cart to get there and transport items. If you’re going on vacation to Allatoona, this is the place to be!

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Beautiful, spacious home, and a quiet neighborhood! Had everything we needed and Mr. John was so kind! The back sunroom was heaven and I spent most of my time out there!! Me and one of the other ladies with the group walked down to the lake one morning even though it was chilly out, it was a very quick and easy walk.

Accommodations were exactly as described, the entire process was simple and John was a fantastic host and easy to get a hold of for questions. Will for sure be reaching out to stay here again the next time we are in Atlanta area.

As a child, my grandparents had a lake house. Some of my best memories are from weekends spent with our family at the lake. Having a lake house that we enjoy with family has been my dream. I can't wait to hear our children share their stories of the lake house with their children.
