The villa was absolutely fantastic, home from home everything you could need the grounds are fantastic we had a relaxing 9 nights,children love the pool, shops and restaurants about a 15 minute drive beach 10 minutes walk definitely need a car Antoni is lovely thoughtful host keeping you informed fantastic 10/10

perfect for family holiday

We had 3 generations on holiday staying here. The garden is amazing and lush with beautiful flowers. Between the pool, boules pit, hammock, and ping pong table the whole family was entertained all the time. Antoni and Maria are lovely and the parting souvenir gift was very thoughtful. Recommend!

Lovely property

We just came back from our holiday. Despite horrible weather the property provided everything we needed. A well equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, fireplace with wood we could use. The garden was very tidy and also very good equipped. Pool was very clean. All over a lovely stay and a great host. He kept in touch all way through to make our stay great. For example a pizza and some refreshments waited for us on our arrival. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful week

The garden and house are well maintained and the area around the pool is wonderful and we pretty much spent all of our days and evenings there. The house is also in good shape, all rooms have fans and airconditioning. The garden is well fenced for the dogs. Most importantly the hosts were very responsive throughout the preparation and the booking. And when we had some car trouble on the way they were very helpful in making sure we still had a smooth arrival and forgot about that situation in no time. Great place, we definitely intend to come back.

Wonderful family holiday!

Great villa, lovely pool and beautiful garden. Antoni and Maria made us feel most welcome and the pizza provided on arrival was greatly appreciated! Nothing was too much trouble and even when the fridge freezer broke down over a bank holiday, he arranged and obtained a replacement immediately. The beaches were lovely too and would definitely recommend a car as we couldn't have managed without one. Their final kindness was to give us and our son's family a gift on our departure. We have many happy photos and videos and great memories of our lovely holiday. Thank you, Antoni and Maria.😊

Wonderful villa and swimming pool

We have just had 2 lovely weeks at the villa. 10 people ranging in ages from 0 to over 60. Antoni was very welcoming and helpful, even providing us with information on the area and some nice places to eat! As we had a baby in the group, Antoni arranged for a cot in one of the rooms as well as a highchair and bouncer. The villa is clean and tidy and was perfect for our group. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was brilliant for the warm nights. The large garden is well looked after and there are lots of areas with shade. The swimming pool is lovely and was used daily. The location of the villa is close to a stoney beach and a couple of bars. Wonderful and quiet but we had hired a car and enjoyed some trips out.

El Perello paradise

Incredible property. The garden is truly idyllic, with olive trees, palms and lush lawn. Completely and securely enclosed, so perfect for a dog. The pool is large and well maintained. The property both inside and out is immaculate and there's an extensive range of cooking facilities, both in the kitchen and on the barbecue. A/C throughout, as well as ceiling fans. Lots and lots of room, although it was also perfect for just us two (and Toto the dog) and we didn't feel like we were rattling around in it. Cannot get over just how lovely this place is. The website doesn't do it justice. Almost forgot - the roof terrace with views of the med is stunning. Just love this place. Can't wait to come back. Thank you so much Antoni! Fantastic villa, beautiful garden and an excellent and welcoming host

We stayed in the villa for two weeks with our friends and our dogs. We had a wonderful time. The Villa was spotlessly clean, very well-equipped and with a wonderful garden and swimming pool. It was the little things that made it so good, like plenty of towels, coat hooks and loads of wardrobe space ( with plenty of coat hangers that all matched!) Our lovely host Antoni made contact as soon as we booked and was able to help us with any questions before we arrived. Antoni met us at the villa and showed us around and also brought a tray of home-made pastries which were delicious and there were a few starter beers in the fridge! The location of the Villa is lovely and quiet, very close to the beach. We would not hesitate to recommend, and it is somewhere that we would certainly like to return to. Many thanks Antoni for making us feel so welcome.

Simply fantastic.

We wanted a quiet villa to relax in with privacy and peace and this is exactly what we got here. The villa is stunning and set in a really quiet area of El Perello, but is only a few minutes’ walk to the stunning beach. There are shops and restaurants only a few minutes’ drive away in L'Ampollo with bigger supermarket and more restaurants a little further in L'Ametlla de Mar (circa 20 mins drive) so you can get all you need, or you can simply relax in the villa in absolute silence. The villa itself is beautiful and can sleep up to 10 people easily, but we were just the two of us and it was ideal. The gardens are beautifully kept, and the fabulous pool is cleaned twice a week, but for us, while refreshing, the pool was a bit cold to use in April. The host Antoni could not have been more helpful, providing information before we arrived, and gave us all the information and steer we arrived as needed (he even let me use his mountain bike while I was there!). I cannot recommend this villa enough if you want a peaceful break in a beautiful villa with stunning views. If you are looking to party, it’s not for you!

Nous avons séjourné dans cette magnifique villa début septembre, et sans hésiter, c’est l’une de nos plus belles expériences de location — et pourtant, nous en avons fait un bon nombre, en France, en Europe et au-delà.Ce qui marque ce sont les hôtes. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une chaleur, une attention et une générosité rares. Boissons fraîches, pizza,… tout était pensé pour que l’on se sente immédiatement bien. Et au moment de notre départ, la maman d’Antonio m’a offert un petit porte-monnaie qu’elle avait fabriqué elle-même. Ce geste, aussi simple que sincère, m’a profondément touchée. Il résume à lui seul toute la bienveillance et l’humanité de cette famille. Tout est fait avec le cœur, et cela se ressent à chaque instant.La villa est superbe, décorée avec goût, parfaitement entretenue, et l’extérieur est digne d’un petit paradis : piscine, transats, hamac, balançoire, barbecue… Il ne manque rien pour se détendre et profiter pleinement. Nous étions 8, dont deux jeunes enfants (4 ans et 1 an et demi), et tout était prévu pour eux : matériel adapté, jouets, parasols, serviettes… un vrai confort pour les familles.L’emplacement est également idéal, à seulement 5 minutes à pied d’une jolie plage, avec beaucoup d’autres magnifiques coins à découvrir dans les environs.Ce séjour a été bien plus qu’une simple location : une vraie parenthèse de bonheur avec des hôtes comme on en rencontre trop rarement. Un immense merci à Antonio et et à sa maman !

Wir durften zwei wunderbare Wochen im Haus verbringen. Der Empfang durch Antoni und seine Mutter waren sehr herzlich. Alles im Haus wurde ausführlich erklärt. Wir erhielten auch jederzeit Tipps für Ausflüge, Märkte und Geschäfte, für den Käufer vom heimischen Honig. Das gesamte Haus ist super sauber und gepflegt. Der Garten und der Pool - ein Traum. Für uns war alles perfekt und wir kommen sicherlich noch einmal wieder :-)

Une location incroyable

Une villa fantastique, propre et bien rangée, parfaitement fidèle à l'annonce, on se sent de suite comme à la maison. Une cuisine bien équipée, des chambres spacieuses avec clim et ventilateur. Un jardin magnifique aménagé avec beaucoup de goût, une très belle piscine entretenue 2 fois par semaine et un barbecue avec bois fourni bien apprécié. La villa, calme au bout d'un petit chemin est aussi proche de plages. Pour les courses on trouve tout en quelques minutes de voiture à Ampolla et El Perrelo. Et pour finir, le plus du plus, l'accueil ultra chaleureux de Maria et Antoni : des échanges très faciles et amicales, toujours disponibles et réactifs , beaucoup de petites attentions à notre arrivée (boissons fraiches et pizza) et un cadeau pour notre départ. Du jamais vu. Nous recommandons vivement cette villa, parfaite à tous points de vue. Vous ne serez pas décu.

Magnifique !

Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances dans cette jolie maison. Elle est très fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Le jardin, aménagé avec beaucoup de goût, offre un cadre reposant, et la piscine est un vrai plaisir. La plage, accessible en seulement cinq minutes à pied, est un vrai plus. Un grand merci également aux propriétaires, qui ont été particulièrement accueillants et attentionnés tout au long de notre séjour.

Perfecte Gastgeber im schönen Haus

Unser Gastgeber war stets sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Übergabe des Hauses war perfekt.Getränke , frische Pizza etc überraschten uns beim Einzug. Alles was es für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht war vorhanden. Trotz schlechten Wetters genossen wir das Haus und die Umgebung.wir wollten sogsr spobtan im juni wieder kommen. leider war das Haus schon vermietet. zur Abreise gab es sogar 2 Gastgeschenke.Jederzeit zu empfehlen.

Magnifique

La villa et le jardin sont conformes à l’annonce et nous y avons passé deux superbes semaines en famille. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et nous ont chaleureusement accueillis le premier jour afin de nous faire visiter la maison et nous donner des conseils pour notre séjour. Plusieurs petites attentions de leur part nous ont touchés et nous les en remercions. Le jardin est splendide et on y est au calme. Outre la piscine pour se rafraichir, un terrain de pétanque et une table de ping pong ainsi que tout le matériel associé sont à disposition. Les plages sont à 5 minutes à pied et faciles d’accès. Les chambres sont spacieuses et climatisées, la cuisine et les salles de bain sont fonctionnelles. Nous recommandons cette maison et n’hésiterons pas à revenir si l’occasion se présente à nous.

Einfach ein wundervoller Urlaub

Es waren wunderschöne 12 Tage in El Perello. Wir sind mit unseren zwei Kindern (10 und 12) sowie meiner Mutter verreist. Besonders hervorzuheben ist hierbei der Vermieter Antoni und seine Mutter Maria. Immer wenn man ein Problem hatte, war Antoni sofort zur Stelle um dieses zu lösen. Die Pizza, von der auch schon in anderen Bewertungen die Rede war gab es bei uns natürlich auch. Super lecker. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. An manchen Tagen haben wir es sogar vorgezogen, in der Villa zu bleiben, weil einfach alles vor Ort war. Pool für die Kids und uns, Tischtennisplatte, Grillstelle etc. Es fehlte an nichts. Ich habe viele Stunden in der Hängematte unter dem Olivenbaum verbracht. Ein toller Platz um einfach mal abzuschalten. Liebe Grüße, Familie Feistel/Roth.

Vi hade en toppenvecka i detta hus. Antoni var en jättebra värd och var supersnabb att svara när vi hade frågor eller problem. Jättefint hus, framför allt trädgården och poolen är toppen. Jättesnällt att han fixade in fotbolls-em kanalerna för oss också.

Wir hatten 14 wunderbare Tage! Antoni ist super nett und kümmert sich ausgesprochen liebevoll um alles. Er ist jederzeit erreichbar und macht alles möglich. Bei Anreise wurden wir abgeholt und zum Haus gelotst. Zudem gab es eine sehr leckere Pizza und kalt gestellte Getränke. Um unseren Hund hat er sich ebenfalls liebevoll gekümmert und mit ihm gespielt. Mücke (unser Hund / Großer Schweizer Sennenhund) hatte viel Spaß mit Antoni :). Das Haus ist sehr sauber und komplett eingerichtet. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Zwischendurch wurde sogar frische Bettwäsche geliefert. Das Grundstück ist groß und der Garten wunderschön angelegt. Der Pool ist ein Highlight. 2 x die Woche kam der „Poolboy“ und reinigte den Pool. Es gibt ohne Ende Spiele im Haus. Die Tischtennisplatte, die Boulebahn und die Hängematte waren ebenfalls ein Highlight. Es gibt sogar deutsche Sender im TV. Wir konnten direkt losgrillen, da Antoni Holzkohle und Olivenholz bereitgestellt hatte ;) Von der Dachterasse aus kann man das Meer sehen. Der Strand ist fussläufig erreichbar und schön leer. Lediglich am Wochenende ist etwas mehr los, aber dennoch nicht überfüllt. Wir wurden noch nie so toll umsorgt. Zum Abschied gab es noch Geschenke. Danke nochmal für alles-auch an Antonis Mutter für die selbstgemachte Tasche. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder. Liebe Grüße Ingo, Manuela & Mücke.

Séjour excellent !

Une magnifique propriété avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer de bonnes vacances. Maria et son fils Antoni ont été très aimables, ils nous ont accueilli lors de notre arrivée et nous ont renseignés sur les endroits et restaurants à découvrir. Séjour début mai 2024, nous avons eu beau temps, de quoi profiter du barbecue et de la piscine. Les supermarchés sont un peu éloignés, utilisation de la voiture obligatoire, il faut penser à faire la réserve de courses mais nous le savions avant de venir en se renseignant simplement sur Google Maps ;-) Deux frigos sont à disposition donc aucun problème pour stocker les boissons au frais, un vrai + ! Merci encore, nous reviendrons peut-être dans la région un jour.
