Magnificent contemporary villa in Valescure, a quiet, sought-after area of Saint Raphaël, 5 minutes' drive from the beach and shops.

This large villa sleeps 10 people in comfort, in a calm, relaxing setting, with a pretty, easily accessible garden, a large swimming pool and views over a wooded area. On the ground floor, the villa comprises a very large living room with sofas and armchairs, and a separate, fully-equipped kitchen with a large dining table and chairs. The living room and kitchen open out through very large picture windows onto the terrace overlooking the swimming pool. There is also a first bedroom with a 160x200 double bed and en-suite shower room, a second bedroom with a 160x200 double bed and en-suite shower room, and a wc. Upstairs, the master bedroom offers plenty of space and a king-size bed (180x200), with a full bathroom (shower, bath, double washbasin and WC), overlooking the garden and natural area in front of the villa. There are two further bedrooms, each with a double bed (160x200) and a shared shower room. The villa has a total of 5 bedrooms, sleeping 10. Another toilet is located on the landing.

A lovely pool area invites you to relax with sun loungers and parasols, and a large barbecue is available for convivial moments. The grounds are fully enclosed.

Linen is not provided, but packs can be hired for €25/person/week, including sheets, bath towels, bathroom mats and kitchen rags (contact Les Vacances de Magali to book your linen packs at least one week before your arrival).
