We called the police

There were many problems with the apartment. Things broken, worn and ants. The most serious issue was the host. The door jammed and my ill wife and 3 month old baby were trapped in the apartment. I called and wrote to fix it. Instead of helping the host physically threatened us. It is all in writing as well as on the phone. We were scared and called the police who came to the apartment to ensure we were not in danger. We just moved out even before the end of our stay. Even then the host took our deposit for no reason. This was a memorable honeymoon. At least we are out and safe and now trying to get our money back.

The owner of this property has failed to return the E 500 bond we supplied because her app would not accept a credit card arrangement. She as done this despite advising on what’s app after we left that she would do so. Do not use this property.

Bel appartement mais certains détails gênants. A notre arrivée, le ménage n’était pas satisfaisant, nous avons dû repasser l’aspirateur dès notre arrivée, détartrer la bouilloire etc… Machine à laver bien présente mais sans séchoir !!! 4eme etage sans ascenseur…pas précisée dans l’annonce !!

Appartement tres propre et agréable. 4 défauts relevés 1/ Le chauffage insuffisant en général et il n'y en a pas du tout dans la salle de bain 2/ l'appartement est très mal isolé du bruit extérieur, notamment le tramway 3/ La wifi ne fonctionne quasiment pas, ce qui est pénalisant dans certains cas 4/ Éclairage manquant de puissance

The place is in need of an urgent renovation, the bathroom and toilet are in particular. Should I see that in the pictures, I wouldn’t have booked it. Cleaning was at a low standard too, with fluffs of dusts and literally dirty yellow toilet with the poo stain, or something looking like that on the rim. We had to clean it ourselves, it was really unpleasant. Lights in the bathroom are very dull and flickering because of some “electric issue”, which wasn’t mentioned in description. One good point is that the flat is in a very good location, spacious and has main amenities and could have been great if the agency does the work on it. In summer months the air conditioning is an absolute MUST, due to an incredible 24/7 noise / from the outside, plus the mosquitos. Unfortunately the air con was missing too. The fans that are in the flat would hardly replace that. On the brighter side, the agent assisting us was superb, incredibly helpful and eager to assist, to which we are so very grateful, thank you! I would not recommend this place if you are someone who got used to high standard of living and enjoy clean and quiet space to enjoy and relax.

Great stay for a weekend away

This airbnb was a fantastic place to stay! Centrally located with great amenities, I would highly recommend this apartment for small groups. Very clean, and the hostess met us with keys on the onset. No issues with check in, and the whole experience was lovely.

Les photos sont flatteuses. Appartement sans âme, sur rue très bruyante par la circulation, odeurs du local poubelle dans l’escalier, cuisine très peu équipée, salle de bain laide. Pas en raccord avec le tarif d’ou ces déceptions. Très bon accueil cependant par un prestataire de service.
