THE ACCOMMODATION

Stay in this pleasant flat during your stay in Bordeaux! A chic, elegant and refined little cocoon, this flat will be the perfect base to discover the city from the inside, thanks to its privileged location. Just renovated and elegantly furnished, with an eye for detail, its walls in beautiful Bordeaux stone and its distinguished and subtle furniture will enchant you during your stay.

Located in a beautiful 18th century building in the heart of the historic district, the flat is particularly quiet and also gives you access to a small private terrace.

The flat has top-of-the-range equipment for a comfortable and practical stay in the heart of the city: Nespresso coffee, linen, Speaker blutooth bulb, flat screen, Chromecast TV, candle on remote control...
Museums, theatres, cinemas, restaurants, bars and shops in its immediate surroundings.

DEPOSIT

As part of your rental, a bank imprint of €250 is required and must be made via your Enso Connect accommodation guide. Please note that an additional administration fee of €3.30 applies.
The hold does not affect your credit card limit and is automatically cancelled within two days of your departure, subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale and the accommodation being returned in perfect condition.

EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELLERS

One of our receptionists will contact you on the day of your arrival to arrange your check-in time.
Arrivals are organized between 4 p.m. and 8:30 p.m, any late arrival is subject to additional charges.

We offer a breakfast delivery service during your stay. Menus, details and prices will be available in the flat, and you can also ask your concierge for more information.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

From Mérignac Airport :
Take bus 1 from the Mérignac Airport stop to the Palais de Justice stop and walk 8 minutes

From the Gare St Jean :
Take tramway C or D from Gare St Jean to Place de la Bourse and walk 3 minutes

To park your car, street parking is free only from 7pm to 9am and on Sundays and public holidays.
The flat does not have a car park, the public parking "Parking Pey Berland" is located 150 meters from the flat.
The price for parking is 20€ for the day.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Very close to everything. We took the tram from the train station to the apartment easily and then were able to walk everywhere. The apartment was clean and comfortable and Lucie the contact was very easy to reach and helpful.

Very nice place! The apartment is beautiful and well equipped. We left our car to the public parking near by and walk everywhere. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful stay!

The location could not be better and the place was beautiful, my only recommendation would be the mattress does not to be replaced and it does sag in the middle. If replaced we would definitely stay here again!

Charming Bordeaux

We were very comfortable with the beautifully appointed apartment in the best location. Close to everything and super quiet at night. Comfortable bed and the suite had everything we needed. Lucie was wonderful assisting us with directions and check in. Highly recommend this when in Bordeaux!!

Beautiful Bordeaux ❤️

The location of the property in the old part of the city was fabulous. We parked the car on arrival and walked or used public transportation the entire time! We are already thinking about coming back to the same location in Bordeaux next year!!

Relaxing Bordeaux

We enjoyed our stay here. It is located in the pedestrian area and is close to shopping, restaurants, tourist sights and grocery store was right around the corner. No elevator so need to go up several flights of stairs and stairs to access bedroom/bathroom area. Communication was very good and coordination of meeting us upon arrival was easy.

The flat in Bordeaux was absolutely perfect. It was everything it promised to be in the description and more. Lucie made the check in process in Reis LT smooth and was very efficient at getting back to me. During our stay, we were completely content and had no issues at all. I would highly recommend this flat and I will certainly come back again.

Nice spot in Bordeaux

Convenient to Cathedral (with parking), shops and restaurants, this comfortable apartment is nicely furnished. It does have 22 steps to get up to it and down/up to/from the bedroom to the living area. So don't bring a large suitcase...

Beautiful Apartment in a Central Location

This beautiful apartment is centrally located in the old city of Bordeaux, walking distance from the river. We enjoyed the tasteful and charming decor, but not as much as the beautiful glow of the stone that makes up this apartment. There was a grocery store steps away from the front door and a beautiful church. This place is a true gem and I would gladly recommend it to anyone!

Well presented apartment, in an ideal location. Close to tram lines, shops and cultural sites. Lucie kept in touch with us before the stay and met us on arrival, even though we were delayed because our train to Bordeaux was cancelled. Only negative is the 20+ steps to the apartment and down to the bedroom, especially with heavy luggage.

A great & quiet location

This apartment was comfortable and light. Lucie helped us greatly in checking in and local recommendations. The ONLY issue we had and fortunately it was not a deal breaker is I do not remember reading the description there are 22 narrow & steep stairs between the living room/kitchentte/front door and the bedroom and bathroom downstairs. Luckily we do not have mobility issues but others may.
